Have you ever use a Ouija board? how does it work exactly?

Does anyone think that the spirits are actually talking to you or is it some kind of trick that the toy makers were able to make??

I'm still confused on how awkward this game is.....

It depends on the users.

Some people believe spirits take over the pointer, other's believe it's a group phenomina type of thing.

There's nothing in the pointers themselves to make them move on their own though.

hmm, true......I want this game just to see for myself .......and to get posessed and become the all time ruler the world:oldrazz:

In one of the books by James Randi, I forget which, they had a person use a Ouija board while blindfolded. They got gibberish.

my sister was with her friends and one of them brought a Ouija Board( No not Luigi it's said We.G.) and they said like this "spirits" somehow talk to them.....my sis doesn't believe it but her loser friends do. For those who have a Ouija Board tell me how does it work and how does it speak to you?

I heard it was cardboard??

Through ancient alchemy and black magics, knowledge passed down from Nicholas Flamel to John Dee, later to come into the possession of Madame Blavatsky and her Theosophical society in Tibet, where it was later stolen by those loyal Aleister Crowley, Ouija channels the gullibility of ten year old girls to determine if a cute boy is a good kisser. On rare occasions, if a goat is sacrificed to the gods of old, it can actually divine if the boy that all the girls like is actually gay.

......ooooookaaaaayyyy......

More than one person is asked to hold the eyepiece (or whatever it's called), and move with it as opposed to moving it purposefully. What then happens is that each person holding the eyepiece is able to feel the unconscious twitching of the other people's hands, and then start to move in the direction of the twitching, causing the eyepiece to move without anyone moving it on purpose.

It's essentially the same situation as "Where are we?" "I was following you." "But I was following you!"

Do not use the board, because if you do..you will invite spirits and evil things into your home or body. This is why they are not sold in common stores.

you sub consiously or consiously move the dam thing.

I was very skeptical of these OB's but I had never played one or seen it in use. In college, I had some friends play one while I was in the room. The board spelled out my name and insisted that I leave or play. I would have passed it off as a joke but here is the kicker: the board spelled out my real name and middle name. No one in the room knew my real name since I had introduced myself by the preferred nickname. Also, I never tell anyone my middle name. I was a little spooked and I certainly didn't play.

I'd want to contact the spirits of either Milton or Bradly.

the glass does not move unless somebody intentionally makes it move. I was with some people once who were doing it, and they all asked me to do it, knowing that I don't believe in that kind of stuff, and I said I'd only do it, if my sister, who was there did it with me, because she was the only person I trusted not to move it.
