Okay, I read JJs Superman script and then I watched MI:III and I'm willing to bet that the Star trek movie will:


Start out with an action that takes place in the middle of the events
then flash back to the point at which it all started.
then flash back.
and continue from the Chronological first scene

Thats a reoccuring theme in all of JJ action movies.. Have you ever noticed that?
 
Yeah, but most Directors edit the movie like that, its like a Hook, a revel of things to come so you don't get piss bored of no action in the first act of the film :p

Pitty lost isnt like that
 
He used that format alot times on Alias. Too bad he didn't stick around.:csad:
 
its a directorial method called "En Medius Res" Which means, in the middle of things. Forrest Gump is one of the most famous movies to encorporate it.

Yeah, he is painfully predictable.
 
Im a big fan of JJ Abrams.

He is sometimes predictable but he's a great action Director.
