I thought the episode was okay...the two main plots just didn't seem to gel for me. The fisherman story was fine and I thought the Chin/Kono story was interesting.
Although what bothered me about that part was how Kono seemed unable to comprehend why Chin wouldn't tell the truth. Its like c'mon, if she were in the same situation, would Kono honestly say that she'd be able to turn in their uncle?
Plus, what was the relevance of having McGarrett break his arm? In the end it didn't really add much to the episode nor did it seem to hinder his abilities at all. It just came off as some some unnecessary padding to the episode.
