Kaye's back too. Though, honestly, I think I'd rather see her as a regular than Masi Oka. The guy plays a coroner. What would he really add as a regular?

I actually won't mind if grace Park leaves the show... I don't know what happened...but I just don't find her attractive anymore. She does the same scowling face expression all the time. I can't stand it.

Now Kelly Hu....that's a loss for the show. They should have made her a cop instead of a lawyer.

Also that asian chick that used to be in star trek Enterprise...wow...I still think she's amazingly hot. She needs a high profile gig. They should hire her.

She wasn't hot. She also guest starred in the Mentalist earlier in the 3rd season. She looked rather dowdy in there. She's definitely not "amazingly" hot.

Kelly Hu could've been cast as Kono instead of Grace Park. Isn't she also actually Hawaian?

Grace Park is fine as Kono...she manages to combine cute, sexy and kick-ass together in a nice package. Leave her alone...although I do wish they would've kept Hu...I love that girl. Maybe Hu should've been a reimagined Ben or Duke.

Kelly Hu is also 43 years old (and still looks damn fine), I am assuming they wanted Kono to be a young woman, or played by someone who could play a young'ish' woman.

But Grace Park is about 36 or 37, so that's not much younger than Kelly. Kelly looks better for her age. Grace often has bags under her eyes. Kelly would've been tougher in a fight and would be able to kick more ass against male opponents. She was in Martial Law. And with that in mind, I wouldn't mind seeing Sammo Hung guest starring in an episode (he even seems like he could've been a regular, as an HPD detective or even along the lines of one of the original 60s 5-0 team (eg Kono or Chin Ho).

On another note, Wo Fat never gained such a victory over the 5-0 team in the 60s as in this series.

Grace Park pulls off being a mid 20's than kelly does. It all depends on whatthey wanted for the show.. if they wanted a more Girly, mid 20's actress who looks like they are related to Chin then Grace fits more. Kelly is more "womanly".. do not get me wrong I would take Kelly Hu over Grace any day of the week (and I really Like Grace)

With all the guest stars, I'd like to see some cameos from any of the actors who starred in the original series at some point. I know none of the original 4 are alive, but there are others. How about William Smith (who played team member Jim "Kimo" Carew) in the 12 season, or any other guest stars?

Also, how about having McGarrett placed in one of those sensory deprivation tanks by Wo Fat, as a nod to the 60s pilot "Cocoon"?

Either it'll get resolved with one quick scene in the premiere with Danny talking to her over the phone OR Steve's gonna ask Danny what happened and he'll sum up the entire situation in a few lines. Probably depends on just how much time has passed between the premiere from last seasons finale.

If anything, they'll probably just guest spot at some point later on in the season.
