That's not "Arya" that's just one of Ramsay's girls. Kyra more than likely, considering she's in the forest being hunted.

Kit is good with a sword. It is just that he has had crap choreography since the first season. Also last season, he broke his ankle, so that changed his big fight scene. He could barely move. His training scenes were top notch in the first season and I expect the same again this season.
