Are you sure? Rhaegar was young, Aerys wasn't, and the line "Let him be king over charred bones and cooked meat" is definitely his. I think at that point Rhaegar might have already been killed by Robert, which would explain why he's holding baby Aegon.
I'm 660 pages into ACoK and NONE of that stuff has even happened yet lol. I'm not even sure if Dany's dragons are missing yet
