Color me intrigued by this killer. I'm loving the crow motif. It's already just as interesting as Childress.

Odd how there are also animal masks in that house. Is there going to be bestiality involved this season? I wouldn't put it past this show at this point. But goddamn, I love it all.

I'm wondering if the animal mask thing may be connected in some way to season one. If the "sprawl" what Rust was talking about reaches towards the west coast and is entrenched all over the U.S. Possibly sub sections of this worship. That may be a connecting thread between the seasons. Or not at all.

And the waitress in the Black Rose with the scars. I still don't know if she really has them or Ray is just seeing them.

I always thought it'd be terrific if they somehow interconnected the seasons with the cult.

Of course, some would geekasm if they had a fourth or fifth season uniting all the past detectives.
