True Blood - Part 1

What a great way to end a Season! Debbie had it coming and Tara was just annoying, same with Nan, I'm glad they are done with. It's only a shame that Jesus is gone imo, I really loved the character (not in a gay way though:oldrazz:). That demon was a cool SOB btw, I loved Eric doing some carnage :woot:. Looks like Russell will kick some @$$ next season hah, loved that.

And to all who think Jessica should go: P!$$ OFF!;) The show needs her fking sexuality! She was absolutely stunning in the last episode, I kinda felt bad for Hoyt though.

Damn, it's such a long time to wait for Season 5, but hell I hope it's gonna be worth it! Season 4 was arguably the BEST so far!

Is it really necessary to post everything in black text and spoiler boxes? Its prob safe to assume anyone in the thread has seen the show.

Wondering who the wolf that confronted Sam could possibly be? Can't be the pack master, he's dead. Debbie was busy dealing justice to Tara.

Could it possibly be....the woman he's dating's daughter? Earlier in the ep she wondered if she was going to be a shifter or a were, maybe she finally turned and instinctively went after the man who killed her father?

Don't know who else it could be. Maybe the guy Sam and Alcide held up in the garage?

Also, could someone post exactly what Renee said to Arlene outside? Something was going on and I couldn't hear it. I know something about Terry being bad but what?

Ep really disguised itself in places. They went to Sookie's house with her all alone right after we saw Russell escaped, so I thought he had come for her, but it turns out its Debbie. Then Jason's door gets knocked on and we think its Jessica or Hoyt (least I did), and Rev Newlin shows up.

One more thing.

The guy who plays Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) is a GREAT actor. He had Marnie's speech pattern, tone, and movement down to a T, the way he did with the fiirst girl who possessed him. He has changed his characters demeanor with the writing from season 1 to now and made it look seamless. I want to see him act in a different role, Ellis could potentially be one of the next great actors if they let him.

[BLACKOUT]No more Tara. Russell coming back.[/BLACKOUT] :yay:

What other crazy paranormal creatures are left in the book series that we haven't seen?

Great finale, [BLACKOUT]Gran ripping Marnie out of Lafayette was hilarious, Tara is dead and Russell is back.[/BLACKOUT]

Loved Jessica in this episode and line of the night is ''WE ARE NOT PUPPY DOGS!''

I agree about the "puppy dogs." It was nice to see the boys working as a team like that and getting the job done. Though I still wonder how Marnie was able to get both Eric and Bill all tied to a stake like that by her onsies. Was her magic that powerful?

Well she had her power, Lafayettes power, and Jesus's power all rolled up into one package of darkness and glitter and calling everyone *****es. Also I know someone mentioned this about Sam and Alcide but I think Eric and Bill will be the bromance of next season.

Agreed ffs!

If they dont want spoilers they shouldn't come in this thread in the first place.

I pretty much take it for granted that I will be reading spoilers here. I don't come in until I watch the episodes just for that reason. :)

We can be courteous and use spoilers for a few days. Not everyone may have had the chance to watch it when it aired. However, if you still haven't watched it after a few days...your fault:o

Exactly. But I guess if others want to be nice...good for them.

Im wondering what the Vamp world will be like now since it seems like it is starting to fall apart. And if Bill/Eric will continue to work together since Bill isnt king and Eric is the only one that knows it.

No way! The best line was Jason's misreading Hoyt's question and responding "missionary, then doggie style, then with Jessica on top". :oldrazz:

Unless she jumped outta the van her mother was driving away in, as I believe the who exchange between Sam and Luna was that she had to take her daughter home, and that's why she couldn't stay, when Sam asked her.

Basically he came to warn her that Terry was bringing danger to her life, and it's probably got something to do with Terry's army buddy (and where HAS Scott Foley been, by the way?!?).

Just the knowledge that Russell's out was great. And seeing all these people go after certain main characters for individual reasons just played out so well.

What a f'ing ending ..and Russell!

I lol, when Hoyt asked Jason 'how' about Jessica and he started naming sexual positions!

And I don't see [BLACKOUT]Tara surviving that at all. She's dead, her heads all over the floor, and damn a lot of people die in that kitchen. Now just wondering if that was Debbie as the wolf with Sam, or if it was another wolf?[/BLACKOUT]

Couldn't have been [blackout]Debbie[/blackout], since her form has lighter fur, not straight black like that one was.

Demons, creatures from another dimension called Britlingens, other fae specific characters like Elves, Nymphs, etc, and other animal specific weres, like there is a Were-Tiger that's a relatively large presence in a few of the upcoming books after book 4.

I just assumed the wolf in front of Sam was one of the pack guys looking to get revenge.

He's actually had a recurring role on Grey's Anatomy last season, and will be back in the new one. (True Blood shouldn't interfere with it and vice versa, since they film at different times of the year)

The person that was at Jasons door, right after Jessica left; i can't seem to remember; did they show who it was?

Steve Newlin. The leader of the Fellowship of the Sun in season two.

The head of the [BLACKOUT]Fellowship of the Sun, Rev. Newlin. [/BLACKOUT]

Oh that's right! don't know why i couldn't remember that. I was hoping it was someone from the were-panther tribe...or better yet, Newlins hot blonde wife that Jason was boning! :awesome:

Perhaps she's a vampire too? Perhaps they're going to try to initiate Jason? Nah, Steve will want to drain him. Jason will be safe in the premiere because he won't invite Steve Newlin in....but that should be an interesting plot because they, along with Godric, were the more interesting story of the two running concurrently in the second season.
