Hey Pat, how did you take out [BLACKOUT]Wade[/BLACKOUT]?

[BLACKOUT] Man i just got to the end of that stage and it gave me the option to point shoot him and his men.[/BLACKOUT]

Just finished my first(and quite sloppy) play through. Awesome ending. Was a little disappointed there was no "filet Dexter alive" option but other than that my complaints are small. This was a great return for the series. I can't wait to start another play through and to tackle some of that Contracts mode. So damn glad to see 47 back and kicking ass. This game just reaffirmed why he is still my favorite fictional character.

Cool! I nailed that son of a *****, felt really satisfying.

I'm up to the second portion of Hope now, on about my third attempt I was doing really well. I only had one thing left to do and then one too many people with guns noticed me at the same time, it all turned to custard after that.

Haha yea I know how that goes. I never thought I'd say this but I had a lot of fun in some of the shoot outs I found myself in. The gunplay worked so well that I never really did shy away from em and IMO there were times where I felt the story dictated a shoot out rather than going the sneaktastic route. This Is why this series is unrivaled IMO, so many diff paths to ur final objective.

My favorite part of this game was 47 in the desert eating the Apple. Ah man I couldn't stop laughing

I agree man. That was such a great scene. 47 has never been presented better. It was really cool to watch him kind of slide into this unhinged state. We saw him make mistakes that 47 wouldnt normally make and his appearance even suffered. 47 is someone who takes a LOT of pride in how he looks so to see him with a tie that wasnt tied, or his suit unpressed was a great snapshot into what he was feeling with this whole situation. He really cared for Victoria and keeping his promise to Diana. It is always great to get these little peeks into the human nature of 47, something that we see rarely.

IO has confirmed that the disguise system will get tweaked in the next patch. They didn't specify how but stated it could be the distance that it takes to be spotted by an individual.

How does that work on purist? Without the detective mode wouldn't that make the system broken since you can't hide your face

Has it been a big issue? I thought it worked rather well, at least in as much in that it's a logical system.

On a slightly different note, I really enjoy the ability to 'change cover' even at distance. Quickly swapping from one to the other is really, really handy.

No the hiding system works the same, but when u enter instinct mode in Purist you don't see your enemies or their paths, but you still a given limited amount of instinct to conceal ur face.

Yea the distance that an enemy can detect you can be a little wonky. Sometimes they don't have to even be looking at you. It just needs some slight tweaking, which it appears we will get.

Yeah, I was doing a mission today and purposely waited for a guard to turn his head so he wouldn't see me jump from cover to cover, but he still saw me even though there's no possible way he could've lol. Glad to hear it's getting tweaked, though.

Some missions are so short it's crazy (if you do them right, anyway). I think I did that bar mission in, like, one minute my first time through.

Cash is short, so I can't get the game just yet. But I hope they've done some tweaks by the time I get it. I watched the Gametrailers Review, and you could chuck bricks at people's heads and they were only like "What was that?".

That's true. The majority of levels so far have taken me a fair amount of time, but Chinatown, the Gun Range and (as you said) the Bar have all taken about 3-4 minutes, if that.

Thats not much different than Blood Money. I can complete A Vintage Year in 4 minutes.

That probably won't change. There was some discussion at the IO forums about that and IO doesn't want u picking up everything to use it as a projectile weapon.

Man I am loving replaying missions for silent assassin rank. It's so awesome. I realized, too, that you net a really great score when you use the fiber wire on your target, too. Not sure but it seems almost equal to the points you get for accidents.

I've been having fun with all the conversations in the game.

Ohh yeah, a buddy of mine could do A New Life with Silent Assassin in something like 3-4 minutes.

Chinatown and the Gun Range were total flukes on my part, I basically stumbled right into solutions.

right now, I'm just finished the Hope section, gotta love my man 47 just sitting there eating an apple lol. Good to see 47 back in action

Yea it's a "signature kill". Not sure when I'll do my "points" play throughs. Think ima go through the game on purist and then attempt to get as high a score as possible.

I love all the kills in this game. Love how u can walk up behind a guy and have 47 grab em right before putting two silverballer rounds in his spine. This game literally has everything I wanted IO to add to the series. IO, they, they just get me.

Really really love contracts. It's fantastic to see so many peoples' different imaginations on killing people

I just did that part, too. Loved it. It made me wish they'd make a new, less crappy Hitman movie.
