Hitman: Absolution

I still haven't played any of the Hitman games. But I have watched many videos recently and gosh the gameplay is awesome! Hitman Absolution looks like a beautiful game! Even the CGI trailers has me interested.

Square Enix & IO Interactive will be releasing a new cover issue every Thursday, as well as a new screenshot from the game every Friday. The cover issue was the one zenith16 posted above and here's the screenshot:

I'm assuming the "car accident" is going to be the cut off line for the map that the developers don't want crossed.

You could get at least Blood Money since it's on the previous and the current generation consoles, not to mention PC. It came out a few years ago so you could get it pretty cheap nowadays.

Yeah I played the demo and quite enjoyed it. I was planning on getting Hitman 2 on Xbox and the original on PC since they are pretty cheap at Amazon. Then once I finish those head onto Contracts for Xbox and Blood Money for 360. I probably should be able to get all four for a good price at amazon.

Iv played the entire series backwards and forwards and honestly, you'd be just as good getting Blood Money. Its prob the easiest to play in terms of visuals and gameplay(altho the gameplay really didn't advance much over the course of the series). I mean there are a few overlapping plots and characters, but really just within the first few games. Blood Money stands by itself for the most part. Contracts is pretty much just a remake of Codename 47 as it has you reliving a lot of the events from Codename 47.

Whatever you decide to do, its a great series. 47 is a great character. On the surface he's just your typical assassin but he's deff much more. Events in SA kind of detail that.

Yea i think it looks stunning. The part where 47 is walking through the crowd was jaw dropping. Especially considering what the last title looked like.

It's a Gamestop exclusive mode. You go and pre-order (on the 10th I'm guessing) it and they give you a code you can redeem that day and start playing. It looks like a Sniper mini/practice game. Guess we will know more in a couple of days.
