How close have you come to .............DYING?

Don't we already have a thread for this? Because I remember telling this story before, and it's too long to repeat :down

I was stabbed in the chest on accident with a knife.
Really??

The closet i have come is when i fell off the side of a ramp when i was skating, broke my leg and looked like two face with scars on one side of my face, thankfully the scars went away

falling off an inner tube in a wave pool at a water park and some kids almost drowned me at a YMCA... they thought they were having fun

Oh ****, I'll bite...

We have this ditch outside of the house that floods when it rains a lot. All muddy and ****. Now, memory could be lying... But one night, I just got done playing in a baseball game. I was a youngin' then. 8, maybe? We got home and it was raining. The ditch was massive. I saw a bug - and here's where it gets foggy - I guess they tell me I tried to catch the bug in the ditch so I could eat it? Meh. Either way, I fell in. And that **** was thick. Very thick. And above my head...

Hobbits and water don't mix. :down

Oh ****, I'll bite...

Merry, Pippin and I were frolicking near the Brandywine River, and having a splendid time, and I began chasing a bug! I don't know if I was too focused on the Merry and Pippen chasing me, or I ran too close to the edge of the dock, but either way, I fell in. The water wasn't deep, so I fell in a spot of mud! And that **** was thick. Very thick. And above my head...

Did Gandalf save you?!:wow:

EDIT: ****in' Runt stole my joke!:cmad::cmad:

On Saturday a deer ran in front of our car and in slow motion pulled his body back. It was funny that the deer probably didn't think twice about what had just happened.

I sorta talked my way out of being shot when we were being held up on our own house, but the closest I had come was when I fell off stairs without a railing right onto a glass table when I was about 6. I just remember my mom picking me up and I recall everything I could see was red. I think I was in shock or something. Everything is kinda a blur after that with the exception of me getting into the hospital doors. I had a piece of glass that was a few inches off from my lungs and stuff, so I dodged that bullet. But yea, one guy broke in my house and I was the only one there at the time, I was like ten, so after he searched the house he sat me down on the couch and pointed the gun and asked why he shouldn't kill me. Not a very fond memory asking for my own life at 10.

I have been stabbed, shot, poisoned, frozen, hung, electrocuted and burned.

In terms of brush with death...when I was 12 years old I was shot by a boe and arrow right through the side of my stomach; in through one end and out the other...right above the waist on the right side; somehow it hit at the perfect angle and dint any ANYTHING...

What was odd I didnt realize it; I went to my councler saying my stomach hurt and she saw it out the back and was like "OMG!"

In terms of pain...I was 18 playing lacrosse for my high school and I was on attack and running full speed to get the ball when one of the oopposing players tripped and fell right infrton of me, across and my fiemer*** right thigh bone, collding 110% fuill force with his helmet.

he left with a bad concussion; I left on a stretcher/abulance screaming my mouth dry.

It sucked; I can remember thinking it hurt so bad that If I'd had a gun i woulda shot myself; the pain was sooooooooooooooo bad; imagine yelling at the top of your lings, all you rmuscles flexed; but it isnt enough....ugh i hate thinking of it. :(

Well, when I was 10 I had a brain tumor. luckily it was benign and they took it out completely.

And if you want to talk about irony when i was a baby my car was driving through an intersection and an ambulance!!!! ran a red light and smashed into our car.

Wow that is scary. Glad you are ok.

I was born with a heart condition called Wolf Parkinson White Syndrome, they didn't discover it until I was about 14. I played soccer, hockey, and baseball through it for years, even when I was diagnosed. I had a 4 hour surgery to correct it when I was 15 and it failed and then I had the same surgery for 8 hours when I was 18 and it was succesful. The reason I decided to have the surgery again was because my heart was beating up to 200 beats per minute for a day and a half and the doctors had to use a defibulator to finally correct it. :csad:
Heart conditions suck. Stay well I want to finally convince you that SR wasn't a good movie.

Let me see, almost died as a baby.
Almost died when my heart went 300 beats per min when I was doing pro wrestling.
