Yeah but thats why I m so mad about them. They did mistakes with out consulting the audience. IF the audience ask you something and it s not working that s ok because at least you tried!(example Hulk). What people wants is the flash, green lantern, wonder woman and aquaman. But HEY!no "they" decide what s good for us is constantine LXG ,cat woman . We never ask for Those as the first runner up? They did!
Marvel on the other hand didn t do all good movies but at least he "gave what people wanted to see" X-men spider man ,hulk , DD, FF4.
So when people said WB did some risk but didnt work out, well I don t care cause the risk they took no body asked for it!
LXG was made by Fox, not Warners. Although LXG was published by a DC-owned imprint, Alan Moore retained ownership of the film rights and was able to sell them off to whomever he chose. But HEY!no "they" decide what s good for us is constantine LXG ,cat woman . We never ask for Those as the first runner up? They did!
Warner Bros. is very protective of their product. And for good reason! WB consistently makes better movies than every movie studio.
So do I.I honestly prefer WB keeps all DC Comic properties.
New Line got the film rights to Lord of the Rings, but the rights didn't extend beyond that. Time Warner doesn't control the LOTR publishing rights.I don't see why DC hasn't created a LOTR comic.
true, although i wish that WB would let DC consult with on their comic book movies. most oftentimes these Hollywood people are just lost.I honestly prefer WB keeps all DC Comic properties.
So do I.
It means we can have crossovers and teamups without worrying about legal rights and other bull.
I can see New Line making some films as well down the line (Time-Warner owns New Line.)
I don't see why DC hasn't created a LOTR comic.
