How did Odin die?

Turns out its not Thor, its acctually a clone of Thor that Iron Man, Mr. Fantastic and Yellow Jacket created using a strand of Thor's hair

I dont know if the clone is acctually using Mjolnir or not, or if he'd even be worthy. I guess its a safe bet that it isnt the real Mjolnir seeing as how DB picked it up in Oklahoma and they cloned Thor not Donald Blake

I imagine the real Thor will show up and trash the clone soon enough
hopefully he trashes tony too

And Cap. They're all acting like idiots.

True. But he's hardly acting like the man Thor used to respect.

I know Odin died reccently, how did he die?
Surtr was attacking Midgard, Odin called everyone to attack Surtrs army, Thor-Girl filled odin up with cosmic energy and Odin drove Thor's chariette into Surtr, destorying them both.

I really enjoyed the way the Earth X trilogy explained the deities. They were basically just hyper-evolved races who's power had evolved them to the state to where they took on the forms that others believed them to have. For example, when they landed on earth, the man that first contacted them thought they were his norse gods, so they became the norse gods, and were none the wiser themselves. The X trilogy explains it incredible well, as well as adding a neat twist to Odin.

Eh that does nothing for me.

I'm okay with them being hyper evolved aliens, it's where you say they're not the actual Odin and Thor and such, just a bunch of amnesiacs pretending to be Odin and Thor and such, where I just can't be bothered.

Well, technically, they would be seeing as those so called "Gods" never exsisted to begin with.

Acctually they were back in the Ragnarok story, along with Surtur. Then Loki killed them.

Funny how the goats and Surtur came back and Odin didnt

Is it just me, or does "Clor" sound like a bad Mid eighties fantasy movie?

Tooth Grinder and Toothgnasher can be reborn as long as their bones remain unbroken, but, as bkhedr mentioned, Loki ate the Goats and broke every bone, so, the goats couldn't regenerate.

lol never thought of it that way.
I do however think Millar is going too close to Attack of the Clones.
