Ive supressed all my anger since i the day i was born so im the most chilled out and carefree person in the whole world

Surpressing anger doesn't make you a "chill" and carefree person. It might on the surface, like I pretend to be, but I'll be damned if I keep up that charade when I'm by myself and having a crisis.

It depends on how much I hate people. I usually ignore them and forget about them until I'm forced to deal with them again. Considering that most of the people I hate are in a position of authority, I'm not allowed to even tell my version of the story without being told that I'm wrong, that everyone else is right because of where I live. I think I might actually convert to Buddhism, but then I think about it and I'm comfortable being a Catholic lol. So maybe I'll practice Buddhism but pretend to be a Catholic. Oh snap.

Mine makes me chliled out on the inside aswell though, wich is cool, so things rarely actually get to me or annoy me

I really don't know what triggers my rage though when it happens, can be the most random and smallest things that don't actually annoy me that much but somehow do.. then i get proper adrenaline kicking in and actually shake for like an hour and everything...
