How powerful is Dr. Strange?

In my mind Strange should be the only human to be able to walk into and out of Heaven and Hell on his own. He can summon Eternity and discuss philosophy with Galactus. He joins Odin and Zeus for tea while travelling to the Eternals homeworld.

Isn't the Eternals' homeworld Earth?

I wonder how Loki would stack up to Dr. Strange these days. Loki *****-slapped Dr. Strange pretty easily back before he was Sorcerer Supreme, but Strange has since accumulated much more impressive feats. Best Loki feat I can think of is that he managed to hold his own against Surtur all by his lonesome after Surtur had utterly destroyed both Odin and Thor.

Well here's what was on the first page after a similar question. that should give you a guage.

To narrow it down even further than Anubis, I'd personally put him in around 7 in a Top 10 and that's only because of all the cosmic entities you have to go through. Beyonder, ect.

Well LT for sure, Eternity (Infinity I guess), Death (but death is abstract) Beyonder (if he counts), lord Chaos and Master Order and I would say a full Strength Galactus and the most powerful Celestials would be the ones who are. Possibly Franklin Richards as Psi-Lord

Franklin might have more raw power than Strange, but I'd still bet on Strange if the two were to actually fight. Strange routinely beats people who are in theory more powerful than him by using his powers more intelligently. And that includes cosmic beings who have an eternity of experience with their powers -- Franklin only has the experience of a kid.
