I think the last one was great but I prefer the Batmobiles from the Joel Schumacher films (the only good thing his movies had)

UUUUHHH... Schumacher's batmobiles suck, I think (and many others, too).

anyway, i luv ya 4 one reason: YOU GOT THE TITLE RIGHT (THE DARK KNIGHT), what other users don't!

I think the burton batmobile was great, I hated the BB one, I think there needs to be some kind of intermediary between the two for the next film, then it can get destroyed at the end of the dark knight, so he can rebuild the classic batmobile!

^first off...... when writing a tittle for a thread.... I could care less about spelling, but can people atleast try to form a adequate statement, question or topic with proper grammar

How... Should..... Be... The .... Batmobile.... for... the.... dark....knight

lol

I think the thread should be.... How should the Batmobile look and perfrom in the new, "The Dark Knight", movie...

well to answer your question, modify it a little bit, but keep the overall look and feel....

and the schumacher and burton batmobiles were awful, for the record that is

nevermind then, didn't read your profile.... my mistake..... :(

imo the new Batmobile should be a completely modified tumbler. Keep the tumbler as the core but give it a new design over all. It should be a BATmobile after all.

I don´t want another 89 Batmobile. It was cool for its time, but it simply wouldn´t make sense in Nolan´s universe.

I´d say keep the tumbler and add some new toys.

I agree. The Tumbler was great for 'Begins' but for an established Batman it should reflect his Bat design but keep the core look of the car.

No Tumbler core.. No new design... I WANT THE TUMBLER, I don't want a batised batmobile just to please fans... Then, why the hell should Bats change his car!?

Keep tumbler. end of story.

No way! It was ok in begins but wont be for the sequel. After all the "begins"-title was created to clarify that Batman begins to become the Batman we know from the comics including a Batmobile.

Nolan said that he was happy with the batmobile they had it the first film. He said they got it perfect. They'll be keeping it, trust me.

PS. I've seen the tumbler in real life. I was 2 feet away from it.

Batmobile = Tumbler.
Tumble = Vehicle In The Dark Knight.

The Tumbler is great, leave it as is.

dammit how many times do i have to say it to so many people, if you were out fighting crime what would you prefer? A) a sleek sexy looking machine (burton) B) a gothic looking ***** on wheels (forever) C) a toy car (BnR) or D) a mean ugly tankish destruction machine that can drive fast and can destroy anything in its way (BB).

Its very simple people, who needs bat-fins or silly looking sleek crap all over it, or flashing lights, the tumbler is all the bat needs, why would he care about style or looks when hes got other cars to pick up the ladies. TUMBLER all the way. if any modifications are made make sure its made uglier with spikes, turrets with rubber bullets (honest) and a frickin stereo system so batman can listen to children of bodom while he PWNS people on the streets of gotham!

I think it would be cool to put a Bat-motif ram on the front. Wings would be good to see, but it's not that important.

i think the Tumbler should have like an emergency mode, where if the armor plateing gets damaged to much, or bats needs to go faster, the armor plateing will come off, revealing a smaller more sleeker batmobile. Becasue drving around in a vechile that was built buy your compnay, and probbaly would be reconized buy whoever built it.

I think it should have a retractable hood to protect the front tires. In the middle of a chase with gunfire it would take much less damage that with the tires exposed. Whenever the car needed to jump or shoot the rockets it would just retract and make it open again.

The mans always dead on. Whoever wants logos on every single thing batman owns... thats old school. Get in the tank and go to the ghetto in the narrows. Makes sense to me. No more "Batmobile" with wings... there is only batman imo.

The tires are probably bulletproof. They have those.
