Okay, shrugging off someone's opinion with a 'pff' or any other snide nonverbal gesture or onomatopoeia lends nothing desirable or useful to your own opinionated statement. It's one of many examples of poor conduct that are detrimental to what should be a board for level-headed discussion of a subject that is interesting for each poster.

The "pff" thing wasn't meant to insult your opinion. It was headed towards my dissapointment with the GG route the art department is going for.

So I had an idea about the GG persona of Norman and how it can be done in a more emotional impact, although it may have been proposed before.

What if we got a backstory when he was a kid, a parallel to the brief scenes of young Peter with his father, before he abandons him, but instead of warmth and love we get to see an abusive and cruel father who terrified young Norman by telling him that the Green Goblin will come and get him because he is a worthless child.

Corny I know, but I would love to see something like this on screen, giving a reason as to why the GG persona emerges from his subconscious and takes over when using the formula. Although I am afraid we won't get the split personality thing
Those amazing scenes from Langoliers come to my mind. That's exactly how I am imagining the relationship of young Norman and his father.
