How would you rate Clark as a fighter?

We'dproabably learn more if he were to face more wrestlers this season. How about one with a bit of chrismia this time?

Clark has so many powers, he should be a litte more resourceful. For example, I'd use his super speed more often, slightly go DBZ on all my foe's asses. He could hit one opponent and send him flying, and in the next second he'd bury his fist in his back.

Clark doesn't really have the budget for that.

Something you have to take largely into account is that Clark's number one issue is that he's afraid to (seriously) injure someone. Hence why you see him simply toss someone or something to end a fight. Clark rarely has a chance to actually let loose and do any 'fighting', but he's shown on multiple occasions that he can hold his own.

Like in the episode "Combat", Clark did pretty good. I think he's a great brawler but holds back too much. I think once he trains he'll definitely become better.

hes an average fighter, he fights like any non martial artist would fight if they had super strength.

I'm sure Bruce[Wayne] could teach him a few techniques.....that is if he ever makes the show..

What do you mean they don't have the budget? We've already seen Clark use his superspeed several times. Just show him hit his opponent, then freeze everything and have Clark run behind him. Once behind him he delivers a punch to the back.

It doesnt change the fact that he fought. The guy can fight he just lives in a wolrd of Cardboard so he cant go all out.

Putting aside strength, speed, and powers, he IS a terrible fighter...

Clark doesnt even use his abilties wisely. He simply charges on in. Imagine if he combine super speed to heat. Or use his strength to crack the floor beneath his opponent. I understand enemies who think their tough but could make clark sweat but in his fight against titan he could have been smarter. The fight with zod though actually had planning. While he took a beating, he at least had a plan. In the comics superman understands how his abiities can be used to the max without having to kill.

To be honest i fights liek any human would if they didn't have powers. Oh, and who's that on your avi are they all Tommy? Who's the blak one?

If he was going to learn any type of Fighting Style, I think he would be best suited for Boxing, not kick boxing or anything like that. Just normal boxing, with super strength and invulnerability that is the perfect style for him.

Those seem to be his main moves- that he uses now a' days at least. He has shown some fighting talent though, especially in earlier seasons, so 8/10.

As I'm reading all these comments, I keep coming back to that same very thought.

Because there are others that can do the very same thing. If Zod wouldn't have been a Phantom, the show would've ended pretty soon.
