I can't see how anyone can say that Batman, a mere mortal, is faster than the Hulk. The Hulk has proven time and time again that speed is far from being the issue.

"Hulk, I will defeat you!" he says, and lands a crushing right hook to Hulk's jaw that sends him into orbit!

Hulk weeps bitter tears of agony at the shocking turn of events, with the trusted Ghost of Bixby betraying him thusly.
