Anger goes hand in hand with rage not strength.

Again only those who are physically strong will undertand the connection with anger/rage and strength.

    They. Started. It.

Actually I think it was you, they just trying to point out some of your facts were wrong. I'm mostly a DC fan but I know enough about Marvel characters, especially Thanos to know some of the stuff you posted were wrong about him.

I consider myself to be a pretty strong guy and my strength has nothing to do with anger man. Although if you're glorifying your anger it could account for how worked up you're getting about a couple of comic book characters.

Nah, this started with us smashing the basis of a Hulk / Thanos match, which is insane unless Thanos gives Hulk hours to pump up long enough to survive.

You entered the scene and started taking it personally because we were smashing your favorite character. We questioned the logic behind your defense, you took it personally and it escalated from there.

Instead of getting emotional, post an actual scenario that supports your argument that's more than 2 sentences long. Oh and make sure it makes sense.:o

    I've got one...

Hulk's been standing in line at the DMV for 2 and a half hours waiting for his turn, getting increasingly pissed off with every passing second. Just as he gets 2 people from the front of the queue Thanos cuts in line. Pushing and shoving occurs and the fight escalades.

If you ignore the fact that Hulk would have already slaughtered everyone in front of him in line and the tellers who were holding up the line...

    Man... this is hard...

Man try lifting over 150kg while thinking of puple tulips or while starring at a pink wall and you'll get what I mean.
What I'm saying is that the bloodrush I felt when I was angry is much the same when I try to lift/push heavy objects, point is you can't do it whle you LOL or being at peace or in a calm state of mind.

You ressurected this thread to piss me off!
Then you started posting stuff like "nutbag". How do you think I would react?
Now you put all these on me?
I replied with sarcasm when you started the name calling.

P.S. I don't need to write long sentences when you'll just reply with more sarcasm. A few words will make a point anyways.

    There you go again.

Hulk waiting in line for 2 and a half hours? Well he will have been 1000 times stronger than when he was facing Onslaught. Thanos cutting in......ugly scene, it's just like what happened to Cotto when he faced off Paquiao and underestimated him.

Yeah... because Pac-Man "Hulks" out, loses his s### and unintelligently beats the living s### out of the opponents he faces...

That's not the best analogy to make...

I was asking for a logical or even coherent argument in Hulk's favor.

Mayweather will be the ultimate challenge for Pac-Man indeed!
Thor's magic don't work on the Hulk, high-tech weapons don't work on the Hulk(human/alien tech), energy blasts don't work on the Hulk. So on this aspect Thanos will be in trouble and the Hulk can overpower him on physical terms no matter how adamant you try to argue about his durability, so the ONLY way he'll win is to teleport himself or the Hulk out of the game. I concede yes, but what does that make Thanos? A coward, and the way I see it(based on your arguments) either he'll run away the moment the bell rings or send the Hulk in some wasteland somewhere in the universe which is no victory for him. What a coward couldn't even face the Hulk.

Physical attacks don't work on Thanos though. He's proven that with Champion.

It didn't? Then he could have just rip the gem off the Champ's balls or something instead of running away? Why did he needed the forcefield? Why did he had to trick the Champion if he can take him on "easilly" in your own words?

For fear disguised as guile you mean and that's how he "ran away". Duh!

:( Same here. But I would be confident that Manny would actually put the hurting on him, for like the first time ever.

Well Hatton shook him up in the second round of their fight...but then got completely schooled in the art of the sweet science.

If any fighter wants to beat the Pac-Man, they shouldn't expect a knock out defeat. Instead they should do what Ali did in the past, plus they should watch out for his 1-2 counter punch and the most leathal of all is that left hook. Because goddammn! It'll knock anybody cold!
So basically if you want to beat him, beat him in a score card and not match his strength.

They should pay me for this tip. :D

It depends what weight they fight at though. Mayweather is more naturally a middle weight or super welterweight, whereas Manny is naturally lightweight. If they meet at welter I think Mayweather will have the strength advantage.

And Mayweather is all about defense and making people fight at his tempo. Manny would have to box clever though, if he comes rushing out of the gate like a madman (which he is prone to) he won't fare well.
