Pyro cannot simply "put Johnny out." They both have pyrokinesis. It's like saying that Xavier can read Emma Frost's mind. Maybe he could but it wouldn't be easy peasy.

Umm, no. Pyro could try but Johnny wouldn't let him, due to his pyrokinesis. And even if Pyro could, Johnny would make more fire with his mind, something Pyro can't do. Johnny also wouldn't fall; Remember he still has the power of supersonic flight. And if Pyro tries frying him, Johnny will just absorb the heat.
