Hurt talks Iron Man/Hulk!

What the hell it up with you? It's my fault that you can't understand english?

I hope the Hulk in TIH is similar to the Hulk in that clip.

I'm talking about "Spider-Man say help punny Iron Man so, HULK HELP!" & "HULK CRUSH BIG METAL MEN!"

The way the Hulk talks and looks BH.

Do you speaka any English? DO-YOU-UNDERSTAND-THE-WORDS-THAT-ARE-COMING-OUT-OF-MY-MOUTH? :oldrazz:

I'm guessing there is a bit of history with you two.

Big fat spoiler, but this is sounding more and more like the perfect Hulk movie.

I was unsure about this movie... but my level of excitement has been raising a lot...

TIH will be the superhero movie of 2008 :woot:

It just occurred to me that they pretty much have to do this to set up his involvement in the Avengers.

The article's previous statement...

Being a "misunderstood monster" is a big part of the character. I hope they don't avoid it altogether. In fact I think it would be pretty cool if there was a progression of the public's opinion from monster to hero.

I thinkthat is the plan... this interview made me really happy :woot:

I'm so glad this article was posted. I'm so glad of the dumb arse JLA fans saying that Avengers won't be made becuase Marvel won't be able to get them all in one movie. They are willing to do it and most of them are in this movie, with the exception of the actors playing Thor, Cap, and Antman............which will probably be unknowns. And no I'm not bashing JLA but it's just crazy that WB couldn't even try to get Bale, Routh and whoever else together to make a great JLA movie. Go Marvel!

I think they should get the Avengers/Ultimates movie out of the way before all the solo films(Iron Man,Hulk,Thor,Cap) get going with sequels.

Well seems to me that might be what they want to do.

Iron Man in Hulk... well we know where that is going.

Cap (if he's in WWII) would be kind of hard to do a sequel unless bringing him to modern day which again... we know where that is going.

Thor's film is supposedly in Asgard so I am assuming they'd have to bring him down here for some massive threat...again, we know where that is going.

actually all things considered the massive threat could come from Asgaurd, or one of the seven realms

Lets face it some pretty big nasty horrible things lurk in the realms that Thor is a part of.

Thor is prety much Marvels Superman, although he is only in terms of power, but lets face it he is a god...every bit as strong as the Hulk and he carries the Hammer and..he can fly. He just isn't a leader he is a maayjor force of a role player

Captain America is of course a mear mortal who has been augmented to tbe the perfect mortal... and his heroism is reocgnized by even thor. Plus THOR RESPECTS ANYONE WHO CARRIES A EXCESSORY/WEAPN

I mean, there's a greater chance all the original actors will stay onboard for the team flick right after the debut movie, instead of doing 3 solo films straight and possibly getting tired of the role or wanting to move onto other things.

I don't think you will see each of the heroes doing 3 solo films. I think Hulk will be the only multi film at first. I think once Cap and Thor are done, you'll hear more whispers about the Avengers. I don't think Antman will have a solo film before Avengers.

I know... I am just saying, for an avengers flick, he could be brought down here to help the people of this realm instead of 3 movies of him traveling through other worldly realms.

Iron Man will be in 3 films for sure. It's already penned out for 3 films.

I can see them doing sequels for Hulk and Iron Man, but I'd hope they come out around the times of the solo films, so over the course of the years we can just get them out of the way.

Sort of like...

2010 - IM 2, TIH 2, Thor
2012- IM 3, TIH 3, Cap
2014 - Ant Man
2016- Avengers

Or something, of course those dates are not what I actually predict, but I just through them out there so you could get the jist of what I was saying, releasing them along side the others solo efforts.

Yep it sure is.

If you say so.

...just giving you a hard time CJ. I was in a grumpy mood yesterday.

I'm guessing there is a bit of history with you two.

Yes, we go wayyyy back. Like Christmas 2007 or something. :whatever:

I thought you might :cwink:

But in all honesty, i really liked what i heard in that interview.

Even I am surprised by this...

Is it only me or would it not be cooler to have Avengers sandwiched in between some of the solo films? The schedule above just seems top-heavy/front-loaded... seems to place an enormous amount of pressure on Avengers to be "it" (as a finale), when it could be more fun and probably more lucrative to have more solo films after Avengers. Realize they could still do fourth installments of IM and TIH, or Thor 2 and Cap 2, but to me, if Marvel has hugely successful first or second IM and TIH movies (the two most central Marvel characters after Spider-Man), then that would be the time to get in Avengers -- not after IM 3 and TIH 3, when the franchises will be on their way out.

Ant Man has been in the works for months. Marvel has stated that this will be produced before Avengers.

I figured as much. I thought to myself "What the heck is he PMSing or something?"

I think it's a mistake to do an Antman solo movie. A better idea would be to introduce the remaining character of the Avengers in the Avengers movie and have spin offs from there. A Thor movie may work as a stand alone but it would be better if they ended the Avengers movie as a to be continued and continue it in the Thor movie.

Unlike Ang Lee, director Louis Leterrier (the "Transporter" films) is intent on laying off the "Hulk as misunderstood monster" angle, thereby making him more heroic.

Didnt like this bit at all though, Hulk isnt a superhero, he is a monstor, and he should never be portrayed any other way :csad: , knew i shouldnt have read the whole article.

I don't really like the sound of that either but let's see how it plays out. Like I said "I dread to think that they might go to a Banner-Hulk in upcomming movies."

This is along the lines of what I was thinking. I, for one, don't know jack squat about Ant Man and wouldn't be all that excited to see a feature-length film on him, starting from scratch. But then, I also didn't know much about Daredevil (didn't like it) or Ghost Rider (liked it).

Ahh... and there it is. The patented complaint™ by Aveit. Knew it was too good to be true. Knew it was too much to ask that you would fully "like" something even remotely tied to the new film, Jamon. I mean, you even went back to read the article to find something you didn't like. Does it get any worse than that? [sighs...]
