Hypothetical Crossovers: Film Continuities that would be cool in a shared universe.

The Last Airbender / LOTR

Green Lantern / Star Wars

Alice in Wonderland / Narnia

Star Trek / Predator

Peter Pan / Percy Jackson
Peter finds out he's a demigod, the only "son of Pan"

In a modern day setting, John Clayton Greystoke aka, Tarzan The Lord of Apes, is being brought to her home by his love Jane Porter, home being the United States. Horribly thrown off course by a freak storm, they are forced to abandon the ship they were on (as Tarzan does not trust airplanes) and get onto a life raft. Jane, Tarzan and a rag tag group of survivors awake to find themselves on a beautiful jungle beach, which pleases Tarzan no end. This happiness is short lived as they soon find out that this is Isla Nublar and that the place is crawling with Dinosaurs. Tarzan must use all his survival knowledge to keep himself, Jane and the others alive. What complicates things even more is the strange killings of both men and dinosaurs that Tarzan finds evidence of. He soon comes face to face with the killer, or should it be stated, hunter... For the race of the Predators has come to Jurassic Park to hunt the biggest game the planet has ever known. Now Tarzan is caught between two unrelenting and savage forces with the lives of his love and the remaining survivors in his hands.

I can see DC and Marvel crossing over in 2025 or something.

I can see Pacific Rim/Godzilla as well.

Hahaha... Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.

HEAT/The Town/Reservoir Dogs

One bank job, three crews, a whole world of problems for local police.

Mad Max/Priscilla, Queen of the Desert

Mad Max/Priscilla, Queen of the Desert

Looking at the outfits in the FURY ROAD trailer, it's possible you are actually going to get your wish come the release date.

Well, with Conan on the Iron Throne you can be sure that a lot of the heads in King's Landing would've been lopped off long ago... Goodbye Little Finger maybe even Varys. I am sure though that he and Tyrion would get along swimmingly.

:applaud

Ending: Tarzan and the survivors are surrounded by Predators. Suddenly, a t-rex pops up and eats all the predators. The end? Not really, because King Kong jumps down from a tree top. Fight!

Marty McFly's son, Emmett McFly (Jay Baruchel) is going through with the hardest thing in his life, demolishing the home he grew up in with his mother and father after an Earthquake damages the place beyond repair. During the demolition workers find a steel box that had been buried under the home. It opens only when Emmett touches it. Inside Emmett finds various souvenirs of his father's adventures with Doc Brown.

Emmett having no knowledge of this part of his father's life goes to his mother's to try and make sense of it all, as well as ask how there could be something of his father's buried under the house whose foundations were laid in the late 1950's? When he arrives at his mother he opens her door only to see her being dragged in by two men dressed like 1980's valley dudes into a phone booth (Bill And Ted) who say they are sorry but it will all work out if Emmett was right in what he told them. A third man in the booth (Rufus as played by Louis C.K.) shouts, "I'm not with them. This isn't my idea Emmett. They're idiots!!". The phone booth disappears and Emmett is thrown for a loop. Has he gone crazy, has he been doused with a drug?

He doesn't have time (or maybe he does) to worry about what to do because a bright flash of light later a 19 century steam locomotive engine is on his mother's front lawn. A hatch opens up and a Jules Brown steps out and grabs Emmett's hand with the words "Come with me if you want to live man." Jules (Joseph Gordon Levitt) brings Emmett back inside the engine where he finds Jules' brother Verne (Adam Driver) working the controls of the great machine alongside the older yet more wizened figure of Doc Brown. "We've never met Emmett, but I was a dear friend of your father's. I'm Emmett Brown. It's important that we find the two immature nincompoops that made off with your mother Emmett" says Brown. "How are you going to do that? It's not like she just took off down the road!", shouts a frazzled Emmett McFly. To which Doc says... "Ha... Roads? Where we're going, we won't need roads."

Thundarr The Barbarian/Predator

Thundarr The Barbarian/Evil Dead

Thundarr The Barbarian/Dungeons & Dragons: TAS

Thundarr The Barbarian/Xena/Hercules

Thundarr The Barbarian/Conan The Adventurer

Thundarr The Barbarian/Dracula

Buffy The Vampire Slayer/Friday The 13th

I know these aren't all movie crossovers, but I'd love to see a Thundarr movie. Besides I've already written these crossovers. They just gotta make the movies.

Great thread idea!

Alien/Star Wars
Marvel/Star Wars
Predator/Star Wars
Space Jam/Fast & the Furious
Rocky/Bloodsport
Rambo/Commando
Men in Black/Marvel
The Goonies/Indiana Jones

I know this one is also a comic crossover since it hasn't been adapted yet.
Nightmare on Elm Street/Sandman/Inception

^ I could see Freddy and Daniel (or Morpheus) dealing with him in an Elseworlds type of thing, but Inception is a bit much. I'd love for Morpheus or Daniel to send Eve to hunt down this nightmare wraith that is Freddy Krueger. That'd be a great story. It could be a twisted Wizard of Oz-esque story. With Merv Pumpkinhead as Scarecrow, Corinthian as Tin Man, Abel as the Cowardly Lion and Goldie as Toto. But to be fair, I see this as a comic. It'd be a hard sell to a studio. It's doable in comic form because WB and DC.

I'd just love a Who Framed Roger Rabbit? level movie about Captain N: The Game Master. Wreck-It Ralph exists, so it seems pretty possible.

Something that quicklime springs to mind, Rambo - about 45 mins in and then boom 28 days later kicks in and the virus ravages the town as Rambo suddenly see's himself fighting a different enemy.

Rambo 28 days later.

But, to give the answer the question deserves, i would go as far as saying.

Santa Claus the movie (Dudley Moore) and Die Hard.

That's one christmas movie you wouldn't want to miss.

Bruce Willis in 'that' vest, crawling through air vents with a bloodstained Dudley Moore in his green elf 'get up' behind, as little old saint nick turns to glitter then into his self as he navigates the building extracting hostages, all while donner and blitzen grow restless on the roof.

Star Trek/Avengers imo, imagine Spock and Tony having a heated argument...classic
