i like eckhardt as an actor. the premise sounds interesting and hope this movie is actually good. when i watch this, i'm going to try to watch this without any preconceived notions about frankenstein (baggage from older movies, etc).

compared to Immortals, Legion, every Underworld sequel/prequel, and Hansel and Gretel (which are the films I compare this to) this movie does interest me somewhat.

It's probably a combination of Aaron Eckhart and my love for Mary Shelley's original story.

some are complaining that at the panel they called him Frankenstein. it is a mistake since he is the monster created by Frankenstein. but the producers and studio told the actors to just use the word ''frankenstein'' when talking about the monster. they thought that it wouldnt make sense to the reporters if they would call him Adam.
it is stupid but comic con is not anymore for the smart educated fans who know their history. its also now for reporters plus general public .

His name is Adam Frankenstein they said before so it's his last name (he took his "father's" name). Technically it should be Adam, Frankenstein's Monster, but that's a bit of a mouthful.
