I play tennis a lot, have been since I was like 11 and train four times a week. I really, really like this sport. And my coach says I'm getting better and better, especially when I don't hit any tennis balls in the net. But when someone from the community comes to watch from behind the fence, I start getting all nervous that someone is watching me play, and THEN I start missing!! :csad:

Any advice?

You could try just really focusing on your opponent, trying to pretend that that's the only person around you and try drowning out any outside disturbance.

Yeah, but put it into perspective. One spectator watching you is far better than the odds of twenty thousand watching you, and your opponent during a real match. If you love the game that much, and eventually want to pursue a professional career, you're going to need to focus on your game, and with time, overcome your problem until you reach a point where it doesn't bother you anymore.

Ass pennies. Enough said.

Blindfold.

Can't help ya, I get really nervous playing Basket-Ball aswell.
