Course he could do that. But in Hush he uses the heat vision in more than one blast. The first blast is the one he misses, the second he misses and it hits the ground, the third misses when Batman and Catwoman as they dive into the water.

I am not denying he could not do the superspeed and heat vision, I am just saying that is what he did not do. Batman knew he would use his heat vision and went from there...end of discussion please...this is really stupid to argue about.

The big 3 would be Steel, Batman, and Aquaman
The Teen Titans would consist of Lagoon Boy(leader), Man-Bats son, Robin, Superboy, Aquagirl and Kid Devil in his suit before the mutation
Batman would have a child setup to take his place by the name of Terry, who he is currently training under the name Batboy
Superman would still be blue and electrical
The JLA would conssist of the Big 3, Red Tornado, Doc. Mid-nite, Superman, Green Arrow, Black Canary, and Dr. Light (girl)
The Outsiders would be a goverment op team consisting of Richard Dragon(leader), Conner Hawke (now known as Red Tip), Tempest, Bart Allen as Flash and Wondergirl
Hal Jordan would be dead and Corrigan would be Spectre
Donna Troy would be alive and never have died
The JSA would become like there Kingdom Come counterparts (ie. Dr. Fate is just a floating Nabu helmet, Doc Mid-nite (althouh he is in the JLA) is a floating cloud, Wildcat is a....cat)

And finally PowerGirl would never wear a shirt...ever

The rest of the normal continuity would be in place just slightly altered to fit the current teams and characters.

Batman is a way bigger fighter...and if a GL is not using his ring to fight I do not see how a good fighter could not lay a blow. But meh, that is what you wanted to change. :P
