i like ultimate norman osborn, the way he threatened a 15 year old kid was pretty evil. you can look at it two ways: hes evil, or hes a wimp for picking on someone half his age

I think it might aswell be confirmed that if we ever get the Green Goblin, it'll be well, not the Hulk-Goblin. Especially after the main villain in the first movie was a hulking, green monster.

Well, none of us are saying he should be like Hulk as he is in the Ultimate comics. Some of use would prefer a combination of Ultimate and 616. Meaning transformation, but he'd still be regular sized and skinny and would still rely on an outfit and gadgets.
