I have the regular DVD release (I don't have a bluray player, so don't keep up with what's on those discs)...there isn't a lot of extras on the regular disc....a director's commentary (I haven't listened to yet) and a short documentary about the history of John Carter.....but it's a good fun movie.

*sigh* I just don't know what to do. My debts far exceed the pay I take home each week I want to pay off my debts, I really do, but I won't sell my soul to do it. As the farmers and mill owners say on Skyrim say, honest pay for honest work. I guess all I can do is just chip away at them week by week on the meager pay I earn until I have made some headway.

But yet I just can't shake the feeling that there's something more to my liking with no strings attached than what some people have been currently offering me. All the "jobs" they're offering me are soul sucking affairs that I really won't enjoy at all. What I really need is a job that stresses as minimal human contact as possible and the freedom to just be able to sit back and work at my own pace.

*Edit* I'm finding it ironic that on the top banner there's an ad for Pizza from Domino's and on the bottom is a skinny, no doubt liposuctioned, Jennifer Hudson hawking Weight Watchers. Hey, she's got enough money to do that and give money shilling testimonials for a paycheck by shilling Weight Watchers to the gullible little people.

It's been decades since I read the books, so I don't remember specifics (I loved the books when I read them...I love the movie now too)....but the first few books were written like serials (they end on cliffhangers) and some things brought up in the movie weren't brought up in the first couple of books......

I think people confuse box office with the actual film itself. You should at least check it out.
