Comics I'm getting tired of Wolverine.

If there is, it's not from me. I like Wolverine a lot. But I don't like so much what's being done with him lately.

agreed. :woot:

^ I feel the only way to change this downward trend is #1 if he is not already off Avengers...get him off. #2 Get a new creative team for Wolverine: Origins, that book could be great.

Where the hell is the Wolverine tread, i can´t find it, and ther are so very cool art previews form Wolverine 50 and 51 in the Marvel page (covers and interiors), wich I think are news

check them in here http://www.marvel.com/blogs/Agent_M/entry/591

Good stuff. I doubt Sabretooth will be killed though.

^Agreed, and why in the world is this coming out right when he is still on the Rogue's X-Men squad?

I guess someone needs to make one up, all there are are threads like "Im tired of Wolverine.....blah blah blah"

Id start a Wolverine thread but that would just spark the apocalypse.

^Why would that be? Just gotta tell 'em "don't hate tha playa...hate da game".

I forgot I made this thread. I took some time off from Wolvie for a bit, but I'm back to loving the ol' Canuckle Head. :yay:

I do understand some peoples thoughts on how his character's been, I still agree.

^Just can't get enough. Wolvie's a great character, yeah some of the writers try to put their spin on him, but bottom line is he is the best at what he does. Period.

Yeah i like his ruthlesness. He's the only Xman that'll kill ya if he has to. He'll won't regret it one bit either. I think it was in secret wars where the Hulk said that that is why he liked Wolvie. They both will rip your head off if you mess with them.

The background and his past, the way he got his claws/skeliton, his attitude, and his genuine want to do what is right are all great things about him. I love how he has the abilty to do so much damage, but he really wants to do good.

This new arc looks like its going to be the best Wolverine vs Sabretooth story of them all. Except for Wolverine's mask, the art looks great. The story seems to have alot of depth, and will probobly reveal alot more about Logan and Creed's history. So far the the fights look like they are going to be brutal, long, and dramatic. The way they should always be between these two.

Yea, Im excited..

^Same here, still wondering why Sabretooth is on the X-Men squad though. Be better if this was the first time we seen Sabretooth in a while.

Hes not exactly a card carrying member. Neither is Mystique. They are just along for the ride temporarily. Natrually, Logan doesnt aprove of it.

^Yeah, but I just wish the continuity was a little bit better.

I think I hate Wolverine

Or rather the current take on the character. I just read wolverine #48. Since when did wolverine find religion and sleep around (what’s up with all the sleeping around in the xmen in general nowadays)? I also disagree that wolverine cooked to the bone could regenerate. He should be dead or this story should never have happened.

I couldn’t even follow the comic with the jumps in the storytelling, it’s like there’s a page or two missing or something.

Also I hate hate hate the stylized artwork. Wolverine jr. looks grittier that this crap. I hate the new mask, it’s ugly and makes no sense, it’s not even a new suit.

^In Wolverine the art work was just very ver bad. I am glad Ramos is off that book, although I am sad to say he is now working on Rogue's X-Men team...ugh. The whole "Wolverine Civil War" thing was a big waste of my time, to bad, Logan is such a great character that you would think they would try and get some talent to work on his books.

Hasn't Wolvie been multitasking like crazy for the past 15 years anyway? :D

Oh, and as for the thread, yeah, the near-immortal angle is really starting to piss me off.

Still like the character, but the uber l33t survivalist thingy... just... no.

^Yeah, he has. But Sabertooth hasn't, and he looks totally different than how he looks in X-Men.

Kinda wish the Wolverine Civil War stuff didnt happen (the whole burning the flesh off and still running around), but it did, dang it.

Yea, but that was established years ago in Excaliber - the Xavier protocols. M.G. was just following continuity.

That's all well and good, but the problem is that everyone needs to follow continuity...not just a writer or two.

I don't see how MG followed contuinity at all with his whole "burned to the skeleton"-thing.
