The Dark Knight IMDb-Phillippe IS dent

Here's Jett's take on the Ryan Phillippe rumors (from the msg. boards)

"I can confirm that WB will not deny it."

What does that mean? Was Phillippe cast as Harvey Dent?

Probably means he's still in talks.

Next: Leonardo DiCapprio as The Riddler, Hilary Duff as Harley Quinn, and Linday Lohan as Batgirl. And don't forget Haley Joel Osment for Robin.

Bwahahahahaha.

Leonardo DiCapprio is great actor, what's funny about?

So might Health and Phillipe be. I was continuing the 'pretty boy' casting. Then I had some random fun.

Phillippe Lands Two-Face Role

Ryan Phillippe may be set to take over from Tommy Lee Jones after reportedly landing the role of Harvey Dent/Two-Face in the upcoming Batman Begins sequel. Reese Witherspoon's husband will join Heath Ledger, who has signed on to play The Joker, and new Batman Christian Bale in The Dark Knight. Crash star Phillippe beat Liev Shreiber and Josh Lucas to the role of the scheming district attorney, played by Jones in 1995 movie Batman Forever, according to internet reports. Academy Award winners Sir Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman have also joined the cast, while fellow Oscar winner Philip Seymour Hoffman is in talks to play The Penguin in the new film.

huh, You Do know that IMBD isn't the most reliable source on the web ? :o

Super Ludacris: No they did not.

why why why doesn't Latino review get any props?

They were the first to reveal Bale as Batman, the first to have the script review of Batman Begins. They were the first to reveal Brandon Routh. They revealed Heath Ledger as the Joker. They were the first to review the Transformers script, along with many more.

And yet, they don't get any credit. IMDB doesn't even have a source! They still news bits from other news sources. They're like the tabloids. OMG.

Interesting news regarding Eric Bana being rumoured to saying no thanks to the Hulk sequel. Looks like Dominic Purcell may take over. Thats laughable....Purcell played one the weakest interpretations of Dracula of all time in Blade 3. This gives me hope that Nolan and the producers may look at Bana for Dent! Yeah!

IMDB is crap when it comes to breaking stories. They are just good for photos of actors and what the actors shooting schedules are.....and thats it!

At the time, didn't BOF say Bale "may be out of the running"? And that's why when the news came that Bale did get cast, EVERYONE was in shock?

I remember the first news I read it was in the SHH homepage, it wasn't anything like the Heath Ledger scenario where everyone knew a week in advance before the official statement. With Bale, the official statement was the news.
