Except most people who bought the game did so because it's a DC game not a MK game.

Let me just start again by saying I agree with you. But you have to realize certain things. I wouldn't assume the above. While it's a big DC following, the only reason I heard of it was because I was browsing MK things. MK is one of the most recognizable fighters/games ever. Ever.

I guess Boon can listen to himself and not the fans like he did with Batgirl. Are the polls intended to purposely anger the fans?

They might be too anger,y es. Weren't these on twitter? You gotta realize that anyone who follows a video game on twitter WILL be that die hard fan.

I've checked out a few sites mentioning the 4 DLC characters and nearly everyone in replies (on all these sites) are saying "Well I'm glad I didn't purchase the season pass" and stuff like that. Because when you buy Injustice: Gods Among Us you want Justice League DC Godly characters, not MK characters.

Agreed, but again any site where people are talking about a game have a deeper need and care than the average person who picks this up at Walmart and hasn't followed it for a year.

I don't see Scorpion being as well sold as Martian Manhunter, sorry. This is a DC game not a MK game.

It's still a fighter from the MK creators. I bought it for my love of MK as others I know. There is no way to know which 'sold better', but trust me there is no data to claim either way.

Maybe it'll get the DC fans who only bought Injustice into Mortal Kombat just in time for MK10.

That might be a goal of theres. If you owned a business wouldn't you want to do this? If you think this is a bad thing please never go into business.
There's a lot of "great" DC games that don't make any money, but I bet this sells better than those partly because of the history of the company.

Honestly, while it may seem far fetched, it's never bad to suspect this is for Injustice 2. When you think about it, characters take MONTHS to create. From concepts to design to animation to moves, etc... Meaning they already had these lined up. If you poll for what people REALLY want, you save big money characters for part 2 and up the selling factor. If you get everyone now, it makes it difficult to find star power later.

Superman has some really simple strings that do nice damage. You can also cancel out of his air throw into his heat vision, and adding MB or his power really adds to it.

Well, at least i'm gonna try every character, even Scorpion ( to see how he plays in Injustice). I'm still hoping the rumoured list isn't true and that Scorpion is Martian Manhunter or something.

Scorpion's ending will have him either turning a new leaf and replacing Bruce Wayne as Batman while he rebuilds Metropolis, or he embraces fear and also becomes a Yellow Lantern.

its not going to be MM who can shape shift into scorpion, we all need to face the facts that like it or not these are going to be the DLC characters

im 100% against scorp being in this game, but at the very least hes a fire person which the game needed (fire person spot should have gone to Firestorm though IMO)

I might just be too stupid for him. Like I said before, I can't even properly meter burn his special moves. How ridiculous is that? He's sadly one of the characters that just don't click with me. And I was so looking forward to using him and the Godfall costume.

Btw, who can play well with Deathstroke? I manage some decent combos, but I can barely ever connect the jump high attack when Deathstroke kicks the opponent into the air. Seems crucial to connect some decent combos. But I can barely do it.

keep in mind that the timing on meter burns is different with every special. For example with supermans freeze breath, you need to push MB immediately after doing the super breath, you have to input it as fast as you possibly can, while other specials can be meter burned shortly after the initial input

Batgirl and Zod have to be extremely cool looking with badass moves for me to get interested in the DLC.

Lobo looks cool, but I have no interest in him. And I have no interest in Scorpion.

Haha i have issues doing is Freeze breath after a combo, for some reason it never works. Other than that tho i never had any issues with him, he was the first character i picked up.

As for Deathstroke, iv NEVER seen a user actually play with him the way that video showed, but those combos didnt look difficult at all. Maybe ill give him a shot next.

Yeah, they aren't really difficult. Except for that air high attack. I can barely ever connect it. It's like, if you are off by even a millisecond, it doesn't connect and you just hit air.

Is it confirmed that Batgirl/Zod&Scorpion are the remaining 3 of the DLC characters?,I'm thrilled about Lobo and I'd ok with Zod..But Batgirl&MK's Scorpion??Pfft!

Well, Batgirl, like Lobo, was apparently leaked on Xbox Live. Unless Boon is just trolling us, she's confirmed. That makes the rumored list already 50% correct. So I guess Zod and Scorpion are next.

And I've found a character I will never use. Aquaman. I don't know why, but I can't perform the simple square, square, triangle, X combo. It always stops at the 2nd hit.

Haha damn man. Aquaman has some of the easiest combos in the game.

I can do it occasionally, but that simple move seems to require precise timing. I mean, it's a lame 4 hit combo. But somehow it barely registers triangle.

Nathan, using 2,2 is much better for aquaman

try this

2,2,trident scoop, 2,2,from the deep MB, then finish with whatever combo you want (his multi hit trident assault or whatever it is works nicely) but yeah I gotta agree with Pat, Aquaman is one of the easiest to use in the game, at least initially

I cant believe the internet rage over Batgirl lol all the fan sites are just exploding, NRS really messed this up badly, worst oversight they've ever made

Deathstroke looks nice. I still hope that he'll also get his Arrow costume. I would love to have this in the game.
