I think something that people forget when it comes to characters Like Tony Stark or Reed Richards is that neither of them are "warriors" or "soldiers" while that have all proven themselves neither of them are "built" for that type of thing. BP, Cap, Wolverine, Cable and others like them are born for combat and while none of them are as the two I mentioned before I think they are all (ok maybe not wolverine) are better at "strategy".

I've always considered mr fantastic to be a more 'off the cuff' type character rather than prep time, the macguyver of the marvel universe being able to put something together at a moments notice rather than having it sitting in a room just in case the **** hits the fan.

While Tony DOES do that sort of stuff, Reed seems to do it more often. Tony usually finds a way to shift things around his armor to work that way.

Nah, the Macgyver of the Marvel universe is Ironman, his origin is built around that type of thing. Reed is good at both as is BP.

A good showing of how "off the cuff" BP can be is the "Turbulance" issue during Priest run where BP has to fight Hydro-man in a airplane that's in flight.He had no prior knowledge of who was on the plane but upon see what he was up against came up with a plan to defeat him.

Understand,... From EVERYTHING I've read,.. he doesn't know about Tony's current nano enhancement.

Any version of Iron Man prior to extremis is going to lose any fight started by the BP.

This one,.. after extremis? He's going to lose,.. learn about extremis, then plan for it.

If some "Punk Hacker" can bend Tony over and make him a killer,.. BP won't have a problem once he learns about the current upgrade to Tony Stark.

Whens the last time he beat cap? I only really know about ultimate cap, and I think he would overcome BP fairly easy, because he just seems like hes tougher and a little more vicious in fights than the 616 cap.

Because you don't know any better. t: It's it's been said time and time again that those movie are not canon.

And yeah that is the case with Sue I believe. I don't think it'd be easy to sneak up on her though, but if someone could they could easily knock her out, also there'd have to be some kind of plan for when she wakes up pissed off. lol

Your info is incomplete, because the update would put BP at a disadvantage for that.

Cap and BP have had no reason to fight, the last time they fought was maybe in the 90's and like most of their fights it was a draw with an edge to Cap. About Sue and the Thing, its all about the famous prep time, this guy is the ruler of the most technically advance country in the world, if anyone could find a way to subdue and beat both of them its BP (Doom would be able to as well). I hate using the Prep Time argument because even though its valid, the Batman fanboys have made a mockery of it.
