Comics Is Anyone Else Offended By The Way Marvel Is Doing "endangered Species"?

In response to the original post:

Dude, just wait for the tp and buy it then.

My views:

I already buy all the X-Team books so... it's not really a problem for me :p I bet 90% of the mutant fandom are on the same page as I am.

a) Phalanx Covenant: I kinda digged the Cable/Wolvie issues that had Jean, Scott and Cable working as a family to save the X-Men. I also ADORED the "lead in" Uncanny 312-313 issues with Madureira drawing Storm... But I also agree GenNext was the best part of the whole crossover.

b) New X-Men sucks. X-Factor rocks :D

c) The bestest X-Crossover of all times is the AOA, closely followed by Onslaught, Fatal Attractions and the X-Cutioner's Song.

d) I miss Cecilia Reyes

Wow. I like AoA as much as the next X-Fan, but Onslaught was horrendous. It spiraled out of control terribly, and was only made worse by the "Heroes Reborn" universe that followed it.

And now they're talking about possibly REVIVING Onslaught? What a joke.

He was revived in the 616 universe. He then followed Franklin towards the Heroes Reborn universe, which apparently still exists even though that Earth was pulled towards the 616 verse. Guess we have to wait until the last 2 issues comes out to see how it ends.

Mostly agree, though not completely. New X-Men is awsome, as good as X-Factor, and better than all three X-Men books. I agree that AoA is the best crossover, followed by Onslaught. I think X-Cutioner's Song and Fatal Attractions are about even... both great. And yeah, I miss Cecilia Reyes too... but Maggott and Lifeguard more.

hell if yall think Carey is bad with the fanfic team...don't ever let me be lucky enough to write for the X-books...i'd have all the heavy hitters bench warming and letting every character that I think has gotten the shaft pinch hitting. keep an eye out for it...it is coming ;)

shoot, you guys defiently would not want me writing bc my fanfic team would have Iceman as leader, with Moonstar as second in command and Warpath, Lady Mastermind and a brand new character named TEK who's a cyberpath with Cecilia Reyes as support. And if fans didnt like it well Id say f--- you and deal with it!
