Me. Besides not being a big Spider-Man fan to begin with ... I think even with Marvel Studio's involved, it's been overkill with the character. What else is there to say or tell, honestly? The allure of combining major characters such as Iron Man, Hulk, Thor and Cap has been done already. Is it really a big deal with yet another re-invented, re-casted, Spider-Man who has no rapport with the audience?
At least with Batman v Superman it's the two most iconic characters ever on the screen at the same time, and it's never been done with DC on film. And there is cinematic avenue there with those characters yet to be tread.
Marvel has already been doing this stuff for the past several years.
Superman, and Batman have had re-boots, different interpretations, and different actors to take on the role. But there was huge time gaps where it allowed the material to be fresh again, or seen in a different more contemporary light. Or flat out tell stories that had yet to be told with said characters.
Batman and Robin came out 1997
Batman Begins came out in 2005 ...
8 year gap.
Superman Returns came out in 2006
Man of Steel came out in 2013
7 year gap.
TDK Rises came out in 2012
Batman v Superman comes out in 2016
4 year gap.
Spider-Man 3 came out in 2007
Amazing Spider-Man came out in 2012
5 year gap ... but it literally was a remake of a movie that just came out ten years prior. And wasn't all that much different apart from actors, and slightly more contemporary tone.
Amazing Spider-Man 2 comes out 2x years later. And when is the MCU Spider-Man making his debut? Possibly in a cameo THIS YEAR w/ Age of Ultron? Damn. It's overkill.
From 2002 - 2014 that's 5x Spider-Man films. Possible 6x with a cameo. The material is cashed out. Let it breathe for awhile.
