If they’re friends and, hypothetically, Krasinski gets cast first, he could say: “Hey, I know a guy who would do a great job as Ben.”
The voice isn’t a huge deal to me since I could always see them tooling with some audio effects.
And I get wanting to see all the characters exactly as you remember them, but I just don’t see Marvel doing that here. At least one of the Four will be non-white. It’s just the way the genre is progressing and Marvel seems to be pushing hard for more diverse stories.
I don't think that'll be the case. I think Krasinki is a done deal, Sue and Johnny are brother and sister (I don't see them pulling a Fant4stic in this movie), and don't see them messing with Ben's background as it's a big part of who he is.
Cena is a talented guy, but I think they need a better actor for Ben. Besides, the Thing will likely be CGI, and they don't need a guy with real muscles. I'd cast Cena as Doc Samson, or maybe Hyperion.John Cena as Ben Grimm

Ben Foster would probably be my 2nd choice as Ben Grimm
Well, we did get fat Thor.I feel like we need a bear type body shape in the mcu. Like we’ve got twinks, daddies, jocks etc. long overdue for a bear. Kevin feige hasn’t returned my calls when I try to explain this

I have a confession to make. I've never hated Chiklis' Thing costume.
There's something to be said for a real life prop vs. CGI.
Not that I'm saying the new Thing should be a guy in a costume, I'm just saying I didn't mind Chiklis' costume.
Anyone else think the CGI from the new She-Hulk trailer looks kinda weird? Maybe it isn't finished yet.
She-Hulk looks atrocious. I honestly feel like Feige doesn't have the hand in the Disney Plus shows that we think he has. They're sloppy and mostly subpar. I can't believe they released that She-Hulk trailer and actually celebrated the view count on Twitter. They must know 75% of those views are people just looking to witness the trash us hardcore fans are talking about. They should delay that show 6 months or whatever it takes to make it look somewhat tolerable. Yikes.I have a confession to make. I've never hated Chiklis' Thing costume.

I get what you're saying, but I just can't see a clip from Fan4stic without cringing. While the movie was terrible and Ben’s design was terrible, this moment gives an idea of the kind of power and movement a properly designed CGI Ben could demonstrate:

I'd rather a show with plenty of green Jennifer Walters even if the CGI is questionable than a show with very little actual She Hulk.

Or they can just get the CGI right and not have us choose the lesser of two evils.
They're compromising their brand with that garbage they put out in the trailer. They have too much money. It's unacceptable really.
The trailer racked up over 250,000 dislikes on YouTube in 2 days. There's literally never been another Marvel Studios [endorsed] project to receive such a negative reaction.I've got to admit, noticing the wonky CGI was higher up on my list than that. But from what I understand, a lot of the time the CGI in trailers aren't totally polished up when they put them out, so I'll wait until it comes out.
i was kind of hoping She-Hulk would have some breaking of the fourth wall type of stuff, but I guess that was done with Deadpool.
