I cant believe the Bourne series when from Ultimatum to Legacy. My favourite to the absolute pits in the space of one movie. Hopefully with the return of Damon the series gets back on track.

Yeah, while he IS doing junkets for The Martian currently since it just premiered at TIFF, he must have also done some interviews ahead of time a few months ago.

And yeah, hopefully they don't tarnish the near perfect ending of Ultimatum. It really is one of those rare trilogies that nails their respective third films.

Damon still looks really good at 44.

I'm excited for the film, but I do hope Joan Allen and or David Straithairn return though. I think Pamela Landy is a big part of what made the original Bourne trilogy so interesting, and I love how Greengrass made the scenes with her/Volson and the analysts tracking Bourne so thrilling.

And yeah, hopefully they don't tarnish the near perfect ending of Ultimatum. It really is one of those rare trilogies that nails their respective third films.

Like Indiana Jones 4, the prequels, the Matrix sequels, the post Terminator 2 sequels, the post Aliens sequels, I can pretend the movie doesn't exist thus not tarnishing my memory of the good movie.

It's interesting to see that once again a movie set in Greece is filmed in Spain due to bureaucracy and heavy taxation. I'd have loved to see them film an action scene near my city but it's not uncommon for filmmakers to follow a more convenient route regarding Greece.

Bourne Legacy should just be forgotten IMO. I dont even want it referenced in any way.

It was a massive disappointment for alot of Bourne fans, that's why. How we wish we could just erase that movie from existence so we could stop complaining about it.

I rewatched the trilogy for the first time in years this week. Only my second time seeing TBU, in spite of owning all of them. Great movies, though I still don't like Bourne's origin flashbacks and it takes me a while to ease into Greengrass's camera style.

Riz Ahmed Joins Bourne

Ahmed will play a tech specialist at the CIA. Sources tell Variety that Ahmed had always been the top choice for this key role, but scheduling conflicts with “Rogue One” almost stymied the deal. Insiders now say the dates have been worked out to allow Ahmed to film both movies.
