I think Kilgrave/Purple Man will be a much different villian for Jessica than Kingpin was. More of a psychological wound she has to overcome, than a threat to the city as a whole. It'll be a lot more personal due to their history.

It depends I think for people who don't/haven't read the series, there's going to be a some real "holy crap" moments when you find out about her past. However, most of the storylines won't be related to the comics because it can't work. Case in point, her first case in the comic involves finding out Captain America's secret identity, which won't work because they wouldn't bring Chris Evans into the show and his identity is already public.

The reason I don't want to read up much (already know a little bit) is that if I already have a lot of preconceived notions and they decide to make some big changes, I'll likely be disappointed (ex. FFINO). I love the tone of the teasers and am pretty stoked. It's not that far away!!! Awesuuuuuuuuummmm.

That Kilgrave/Purple Man trailer tells me they aren't going to shy away from the bad stuff.

Yeahhh. I loved the series and the digital comic teaser is different. Her look is different, less shy, and her attitude is more aggessive and bold. It bugs me a little. I have to remind myself that we can't get a perfect adaptation. This will be a character *based on* the comic Jessica.

If the series is anything like Daredevil, once you're done bingeing, you'll feel like a junkie looking for a fix. So I think that might be the proper time to read the comics. :woot:

Lamashtu is right. 10 hours after you promised yourself to only watch the pilot Episode you'll feel the need to consume more and you'll try to get your Hands on whatever is anything like it.

Silly Bingers, it took me about a month to watch all of DareDevil. There's no way I could watch a whole series in one go. Its totally the wrong way to watch any series. One episode at a time, my friends, it keeps the obsessive nitpicking away.

You're totally wrong. Series that are a continuous story should always be watched in one go like a movie that's many hours long, bar a few short breaks. It's the best way to immerse yourself in the story, and no one should be able to resist watching something like this once it's released. :woot:

People should watch it however they want to watch it.

I would not surprised at all if one of the questions is "Will Trish Walker suit up as Hellcat?" The answer will be known based on how Rachael Taylor, Melissa Rosenberg and/or Jeph Loeb respond. If the answer is essentially a non-answer (like "You'll just have to wait and see") then chances are that yes, she'll become Hellcat.

I don't know, I think after we will have the panel without the clip, etc.

I'm pretty certain it will be up officially tomorrow, I'm sure someone will probably upload there own video sometime today.

Yeah marvel uploaded the panel for Daredevil the day after. So it should be up tomorrow.
