I got mine from here http://knifezilla.com/ but they are sold out and they took the picture down also but i saved the pic of it when it was listed here it is.You see all these extractor 1600's are all the same it's not like there are different knives with the same name ya know.I just ordered 2 more from bladeplay so when it gets to me i'll let you know if it's the same exact blade that i got from these guys.

That's the one I'm waiting on... Just like yours... And I looked, and I don't think that link you posted earlier is the exact same knife. Some small but noticable differences. So yeah, let me know when you get em... Because I'm looking for the one you have now... That one site earlier had it, but it's gone now... Ugh.

I was actually thinking about taking mine apart and making a resin copy of the blade and then replacing the blade with the copy in the handle.

How long did it take to recieve your blades in the mail? Because now that I've looked them over, and looked at my current one, I'm wanting to buy this. I'm just not sure if I can get it in time for my trip. I'm going on a road trip to Boston for a TDK weekend Thurs.-Sun. and would like to have this before then. I don't see an option for expedited shipping.

Hi everyone, my name is Jake and I work for bladeplay.com and bladehq.com.

I saw this discussion and thought I would post some more photos and any info I might have. As far as I know, there has been no official release of this knife, but there are a few that are quite similar.

These are all single action out the front knives, meaning you push the button and the knife shoots out, but you have to manually retract it.

This is the Extractor 1600 and can be found HERE

This one seems to be most like the knife in question, the main difference between this and the others is it has a safety, the blade is plain and the handle is different. In my opinion, this one isn't the greatest quality, but maybe you guys just want the one that is featured in the movie! Another problem with this is you have to point the blade down when firing for it to lock.

This is the Arrow and can be found HERE

This is a clone of the Cupid knife. This one is the best quality (except for the Asheville) as far as a knife goes. Really good action and finish. This one does have a serrated blade with a bead blast finish (matte), while the Joker's knife seems to have a plain blade. If you will be using the knife, I would go with this one.

This is the Dart and can be found HERE

This one is just like the Arrow, but of lesser quality. The handle also has a smoother finish.

This is the Asheville Steel Paragon ATKO10 and can be found HERE

The owner of Asheville claims they use his knife in the movie, but we can't guarantee it. This knife has been out of stock for over 8 months, but we are supposed to be getting them again in a couple of weeks. These are USA made and super quality, the other three knives don't compare to the quality (or price) of this one. This will truly be a collectors item whether it is the knife used in the movie or not. I get about 4 calls a day asking for this one.
