Deadpool 2 Josh Brolin is Cable

Didn't say it was controversial, I'm just not surprised you'd make it. Marvel has kept your toys away.

I dont think its controversial to say a lot of talents are wasted for cg villains. Thanos, Ultron, and if I want to prove myself 'unbiased and not a troll', Apocalypse.

Apocalypse wasn't a CG villain. Maybe he arguably should have been, though.

Josh with white hair reminds so much of Kevin Nash.

No question he should have been or they should have had better make up. Ivan Ooze was 20 plus years ago and they brought him back.

Apocalypse was shorter than most of the characters and that was wrong.

Maybe most of that talent wants to be cgi instead of coming in and having to put a costume on.

Any who, I do expect Brolin to get to play more of a character as Cable than as Thanos.
I figured that's what Dr Seuss was getting at.

Most definitely since he is a live action character and will be playing off of Reynolds.

Mostly because of the latter and will headline further flicks.
Would be weird if his Cable was less developed than Thanos.

Thanos is one off villain at best, Cable is a team leader.

Or, have Deadpool introduce Cable to his costume guy so he can add more pouches. Maybe a huge shoulder pad.

Maybe even have Deadpool put Cable in the most comic accurate, yet ridiculous looking, costume Cable has ever worn!

The 90s were a weird and strange time for comics.

I always found it amusing how Liefeld, in an attempt to make his characters look massively bulked up, often made them look morbidly obese instead.

Believe me, I cant stand Liefield - but I think thats Greg Capullo (who went on to draw Cable a helluva lot better).

"They didn't make me sit through this for Thanos"

You know...I never knew Brolin was 5'8". Would've never guessed that. He looked at least 6' in No Country.

Most actors are a lot shorter than they appear onscreen. I'm not really sure why the profession seems to attract so many guys under 5'10".

Average height is 5'9 in the United States, so it seems like roughly half should be under that.

It's an old school military undercut. Like Pitt in Fury. I think it looks pretty good on him. Makes his head look square like Cables should be.
