He's got a scar around his right eye, and a bionic left eye.

IIRC, he had skin over a lot of a cybernetic face, it seems. He got the face torn off, which exposed the rest terminator style.

The pic of him on Liefeld's instagram and some of the other pics during the Marvel Studios panel with the cast is an even better pic of his physique. He looks as good as Hugh I think. His Cable will be very impressive I bet.
