I consider it a classic since Robin's death, I don't know how everyone else feels about it. Pretty much I want remakes of movies from the 90s to stop; unless they are such failures that no one has heard of them. Plus I still fear one day they will try to remake Gone With The Wind.

I can't imagine I won't see it, but I don't know about this. Great cast, but I was expecting something more epic and, dare I say, serious. The senses of wonder and adventure of the Robin Williams film are gone.

I mean the premise of it is actually pretty good. That is what made me chuckle the most. I didn't know that's how they were going with it. However I think it would've been funnier with younger kids. Like middle schoolers. The actual jokes themselves weren't funny, but they weren't horrible. But as I said, I do like the premise

I feel like they could've called it anything else and it still would've worked. Like just a comedy about four kids getting ducked into an old school video game. Very Spielberg.

Regarding the game itself, the thing is supposed to be a supernatural item so it probably changes its form over time.

People including myself will be harder on it being called "Jumanji" but the premise itself works pretty well
