A mosasaur/megalodon/other large prehistoric sea predator breaking through a wave like that is a pretty common trope in paleoart and related media, but this is the first time I've ever seen it put to screen. I'm still gonna be that guy and point out how this mosasaur is way too ****ing big, but I do love this shot.

We still might see a shot like this in The Meg, I mean we haven’t seen the film RT so yeah. It’s possible a shot like this is somewhere in that film.

Youre assuming that they didnt ask Dern and Neill to come back. They may have aske them and they said no for one reason or another.

I wouldn't mind seeing everyone together. It does get harder and harder to create realistic reasons for them all to keep going back to dinosaur infested islands but I overlook that side of it just so we get more dinosaur films.

Just from the cast list on wikipedia, it sounds like Goldblum is more or less a cameo. If that's the case, 1.) there's no sense in paying Dern or Neill as much as they would likely ask for such a small part, and 2.) there might just be no need for them.

This isn't being marketed as some big reunion movie and we've already had two films prior to Jurassic World with only one returning cast member in a key role.
