Just heared the STRANGEST thing ...

I was looking through some e-mails I got regarding the press-screening on the 14th of May. It was about the fate of our good-ol' pal Cyclops.


Here's what it said :

"Cyclops does NOT die. I repeat , he DOES NOT die! Prof. X has been investagating Alkali Lake since Jeans Death and sends out Storm / Wolverine to investagate it because he's been getting strange telephatic messages which makes no sense to him. The energy fluxuations in the lake are off the charts the last couple of days and were dorment. He things something big is going on and believes Magneto is trying to recover something. But since he cant read his mind ( because of his Helmet ) he has no clue to this either. The scenes you saw in the Trailer regarding Cyclops ... some of it arent even in the movie. They just shot it so they could pull our legs with Cyclops. The floating visor is true because Jean knocks Cykes clean out cold because she is confused.. You all saw the footage where he got knocked back right? He lands on the rock with the back of his head... him shooting the lake is out of pure anger and awakens / angers Jean Grey... Word has it that Jean gets found by Wolverine and Storm in a coma and gets taken back to the Mansion together with a heavily injured Cyclops."

Now I have no Idea what to think of this. Perhaps Fox is trying to do the same they did with Jean ( remember the X2 picture of her in the Oval office? ) I really have NO IDEA what to think of this. What if my source is right ( which I really doubt ) but what IF!?

cant be true, it doesnt make sense, and its not logical, why, why, ask yourself why would they dish out spiolers like this? wtf? honestly? its some ploy, no doubt.

I hope this E-mail is right. what happens to Cyke in the e-mail is exactly what i imagined.

the Pic, no. But if you watch FX when they Show X2 with some of the DVD extras, you see whe that image was taken. they even say thats what that scene was used for.

I can NOT name my source hence to some stuff I had to sign to get into the press-screening. he guy who send me this mail claims to have seen an advanced "rough-cut" of the movie and said Fox is making us believe Cyclops will die by the hands of Jean just like they did with X².

He even stated a while ago that Scott was Kinbergs and Zaks favorite character to write because of the events of X². I dont think these writers would be willing to kill Cyclops. He also mentioned Cyclops role has INDEED been reduced because of the constraints he had with shooting Superman Returns. He has become less-important because of other characters. He had his time in X1 and X2 and now its Phoenix time to shine on the screen. There's a war coming and , for me personally , I dont want X³ to revolve around Jeans and Cyclops's relation ship.

I hope its true , but im not getting my hopes up the movie stil isn't completed and things could still change. The footage has been shot and its up to the studios themselve to decide wether or not he shall live. Even if my contact has seen the movie it CAN still change

Yeah , you try and translate an message when your 100% Dutch and English isnt your native language. Go figure. My informant works at a very reliable magazine which I shall not mention. Some n00bs here will harash him and then I can say bye bye to my own screening.

ps: but i can believe that...I know i am often contradictory on this matter..but we have seen the preview , the clips ..Nowhere Xavier ,storm or Wolverine seem to be in pain after the Alkali incident...
