Also TMZ reported that witnesses claimed the 18 year old screamed "I will kill you" to Kanye's wife.

If that's true then the case could be made for self-defense.

EDIT: And, come to think of it, I've actually been in a similar situation...It was hard, but I walked off..and you know what? Everyone thought the aggressor was a freaking loser and I'm happy I didn't lower myself to his level by accepting his "challenge."

I never said beat the tolerance into him. Some people are just evil, and sometimes kicking the **** out of them for doing something they know is horribly wrong is the solution. Sorry I'm not as self righteous as you. We all have inner demons to deal with.

We have grown into a society where no one ever needs to be accountable for his or her own actions. Everyone points a finger.
