no, just pissed at sony for selling me a £425 blu-ray player on the promise of games that have either sucked or failed to appear

I guarantee you that you'll be straight with a 360, HD DVD add on, and a sweet HDTV set. You can sell your PS3 on ebay and get at least $350 for it.

when consumers are buying into a $600 piece of electronics they are buying into something more than just the unit itself.

The ps3 itself is like blu-ray with the profiles, unready and rushed to market to compete with microsoft.

But we (by we I mean you and the other ps3 owners on this board) take it with a smile and just accept it.

I may ***** too much, but at least I'm saying something rather than just lying back and accepting it

There are no good games on any system really. I like Bioshock and GOW on the 360....but that's it. I really don't like anything on the Wii and I like Resistance and Heavenly Sword on the PS3. It's not like one system has an abundance of good games on it right now. Moreover, there are so many good games coming out this year that it really seems pointless to argue this. If you don't like

UT3
Ratchet
Uncharted
DMC4 (same graphically, better controls)

then sell it. Those are just a few games that I know I'm getting. LOL no hard feelings. You gotta do what's best for you. And having just a 360 is great. You can't go wrong with it as far as I'm concerned.

Every system's first year is light with great games. It is just the game developers trying to catch up with the new system. I think you have it backwards though. Microsoft rushed their system to beat Sony. And how did that work out for them? 33 percent fail rate and a 1 billion dollar loss. PS3 has some great games out there and a ton on the near horizon.

Back on topic. Killzone 2 looks great, but I hope we get to see a different level soon.

Since most of us are in here, I'll just post it here.


GAMER.BLORGE.com has learned exclusively what some of the key points of the Xbox vs PS3 war are, and it's not all about the Halo.

In a recent conversation with an undisclosed developer source, GAMER.BLORGE.com has been made privy to the biggest problems facing developers as they work with the Xbox 360 and the PS3: It's all about the RAM and the processor.

According to our source, it's easier on almost every level to work with the Xbox 360 in the development stage. Due to the older systems large amount of RAM, developers can work with a little more head room and not worry about running out of operating memory.

Where the real problem stem is in the two system's processors. While Xbox games can be tweaked to move up to the PS3, the reverse is not always the case. Due to the PS3's advanced processor, games developed for the Sony backed platform sometimes can't be downgraded to the the 360's chip.

With the 360 being in the range of 2 years old now, it is said they have used about 90% of the systems resources, which allows for some PS3 games to be ported over, but it will become rarer as time goes on. As they push the PS3's performance, they will finally surpass the abilities of the 360 completely.

So where are you left in the console war? Why are developers still coming out with so few PS3 games? It's really just that much easier to work with the 360.

In the end though, who does our undisclosed developer think will win? While they gave no time frame for the inevitable victory, they were very clear that they thought the long haul champion would be the PS3 for this round of the overall war.





I'll be laughing my ass off if this is someone from Capcom.

Well.....Halo 3 as of now is being called "Let down of the year" according to news4gamers. Ever since the utter Bull $hit of an ending to Halo 3 was leaked onto youtube I'm just so upset.

I think Halo 2's ending is holding more promise.

I'm going to have to tell myself the samething I tell myself about the Matrix triliogy. There was no third installment.
