Kitty vs just Rogue (no other powers)= Kitty without a doubt.

And Jean can't even control her Tk all the way, in all the universes. So neither can Rogue.

For Rogue to use tk to combant a phased kitty she would have to solidify ALL of kitty's molecules and prevent her from re-phasing.

Rogue's best is to cut off kitty's air supply. (Her powers work for as long as she can hold her breath, I think.) Other than that...she's ice skating up a wall.

Kitty does not need to hold her breath. Remember after the Morlock Massacre, Kitty was stuck in her phased state. If she couldn't breathe in her phased state she would have died quickly. She only cannot breathe when she is in something i.e in a wall or the floor. But if she is just standing around levitating a bit off the ground not 'inside' of anything she can breathe.

Kitty can breathe while phasing. If she is in an object then she can't breathe but if she is just in phased state then she can breathe fine. So why would she ever leave her phased state? Then Rogue could never touch her and all she has to do is rip Rogue's heart out or stick a rock in her brain and leave it there.

Kitty wins, there is nothing Rogue can do.

Jean's power was too much for her to control in one episode, and one episode only. In Evolution, Jean actually had supreme control over her telekinesis. She could contain massive explosions in a telekinetic bubble, and smash holes through walls.

And Evolution Rogue could handle Jean's powers. She has absorbed her power on several occasions, and shown just as much control as Jean ever has.

I don't know where you're coming from, but you're plain wrong. Did you actually watch Evolution properly?

Aside from that, this argument is a bit silly. It's Kitty v. Rogue. You can't add in other mutants for Rogue to absorb.

I saw it just fine. And that episode was a prelude to the 5th season where Dark Phoenix was suposed to be a villian. The show jumped shark beforehand tho.

And in that episode Rogue was esstential in siphoning off some of Jean's power.

Edit: The first time Rogue got Jean's telepathy she keep hearing other people's thought...as if she couldn't control it. She did do fine with the TK.

Well, she didn't defeat Juggernaut. She couldn't, despite her efforts.

Leech defeated Juggernaut.

Leech didn't defeat anyone technically-speaking. It was Kitty's quick thinking (again, the girl has serious intelligence and cunning) that kept Leech in Juggs' vicinity until the very last moment. As soon as she realized Leech's ability, she hatched a plan instantly, told him to stay close and awaited for her prey.

Kitty staged that entire sequence...Leech was just the instrument she used to carry it out. So I'm sorry, but the victory goes to her in my opinion.

It's known fact that her powers are skin to skin. Like just because Scott powers come out of his eyes just because that same X-gene is in every strand of DNA that doesn't mean that every gene can shoot blast. Rogue's powers are skin to skin. Even if Rogue's organs had her powers Kitty can still leave an object in Rogue's body or slip under the ground grab Rogue and stick her in the ground. Rogue could fly away but Kitty can run on air after her grab her and bring her down.

It would be hard for Rogue to get Kitty by suprise. Why would she go solid if she knew she was fighting? Really there is no way Rogue can beat her. Kitty doesn't have a reason to go tangible so therefore Rogue can't touch her.
