Legend of Korra (Avatar)

Man, I wished Toph was still around I'd like to know what she'd be like as an old woman. I wonder who knocked her up.

I hope the show gets some flashbacks. I need to see hot, grown up Toph.

I don't know how I would feel about flashbacks. On one hand, I would like to see some of the old Team Avatar. On the other, I would like this show to stand on its own without relying on the crutch of "remember how awesome our last show was!" We already have gotten an entire show (and a good one at that) with the old team.

I don't say make an entire Episode take place in flashbacks. But seeing them all grown up is something I always wanted to see.

Well I would like to know what be came of Zuko's mother. They kinda left that unresolved. That masked guy, forgot his name, I get the feeling he might have a tie to Ty Lee. He might try to do the same pressure point jabs to prevent bending.

Also, is that picture Fan Made or Official?

Yea I'm pretty sure it's confirmed that at least some of the Equalists are trained in chi-blocking

Yeah, they confirmed that they would be chi blockers.

I actually don't care about what happened to Zuko's mom.

Well the episode confirmed the chi blocking skills of the henchmen.

I thought episode 3 was superb and I'm really loving the new series.

episode 3 totally upped the stakes. It started out with what seemed like a filler plot, but that ended up tying into something huge.

I can't wait to see the Spirit World. And to find out whether [blackout]the Spirit World actually gave Amon the power to take away bending, or if he got that power another way and was lying.[/blackout]

and why do people care about Zuko's mom? It's not like she was some super important character. I'd rather know what happened to the cabbage guy. :o

I choose not to believe Amon for now. It's easy for someone like him to say anything to gain support of the people. I'll just wait until things unfold.

I think it's the mystery of what happened to her. Also, Zuko asking the question right at the end of the show increased people's want to know more. I say they should show that he created a cabbage empire.

and he sits on his thrown of cabbages, ruling with an iron fist.

I'd honestly be surprised if they never bring up the cabbage guy, or introduce a new one. He was a constant source of comic relief in the last one. I'd like to see him carry over.

If you checked out the "Welcome to Republic City" game on the Nickelodeon website, it mentions that
Cabbage Corp created the first energy-efficient Satomobile, called the Cabbagemobile

I'd like to see that foamy mouth guy again.

:funny: I'll have to check that out later.

I am curious as to where this goes as the ability Amon claims to have is[BLACKOUT] implied to be a form of bending.[/BLACKOUT] And that is very hypocritical of him.

They usually are, Tanin. If he is indeed
bending
. Do the spirits in this world require/demand worship or do they leave the mortals to their own devices?

Spirits in this world? None of the spirits I've met has ever demanded me to worship it.

Unless my spouse counts...

You live in the world of the Avatar? Who's your waifu?:cmad::o

But do they require worship in the Avatar's world?

Sorry I took this world as the world we are in. Silly me.

They never seemed to need it. Actually, the spirits in Avatar's world run the gamut of being *****, leaving humanity alone, and being benevolent protectors.

Dang it...how freaking long does it take for the 3rd episode to show up on Amazon??
