Sounds like there's going to be a book. From original WE Cosette:

Must sleep. Being interviewed tomorrow for the GLAMMY new book about making Les Miserables that's coming out in time for the films release.

@s_24601 indeed. Part the original show and part the film.

I need a huge sexy coffee table book. My HAIRSPRAY and SWEENY TODD books give me life.

Btw, did anyone who saw the new Spiderman movie notice that the book they were all apparently about to start reading in their English class towards the end was Les Miserables? There was a copy on everyone's desk.

How does ''Les Miserables'' pronounces in english? I mean, is there a youtube video where someone says the name so I can hear it.

Lay Miz-err-obb.

At least that's how I and everyone I know has said it.

I didn't catch that. Good eyes, danoyse.

Lay Meez-Ear-Ahb-Bleh
When Hugh's wife was presenting him with his special Tony Award on June 10, she mentioned that he had just finished principal photography on "Lay-mis-er-a-bleh" - with a nice little accent.

If this movie, somehow, ends up not being very good, you just know that some snarky reviewer is using that as his headline.

Either that, or "Lay Meez-Ear-Ahb-Meh."

There will be at least 20 snarky reviews that call it "Les Meh." It is a given.

i figured the snarky review would use Les Mis-Terrible or Les Mis-erable

Anne Hathaway is doing interview rounds for TDK - in this video at about 2:08, she was asked about Les Mis and the haircut - all is not what it seemed in the teaser!

I don't care what everyone says, I dig her with short hair. Just put her in a custom fitted men's shirt and skinny jeans, and she'll look like the kind of woman I'd unknowingly flirt with in a dark and noisy disco.

Check out this report from an extra in the courtroom scene - spoilers obviously but I think most of us know what goes on in this scene - description of "Who Am I?" being filmed.

Hugh Jackman BELTED the last line out - it was amazing to see him sing that. The key is the same as the show, including the high note which he managed effortlessly.

I think the name "Miserables" can lend itself to so many negative puns for the movie reviewers to use. Hopefully they won't use any of them because they ended up loving the movie.

TEACHER: Who are you?

PETER: Who am I? I'M JEAN VALJEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!

The scene would have been much better that way.
