hey batfans!

I'm looking for this picture from the book the long halloween. It has bats, harvey dent, and commisioner gordon reading of some find of board thing with an outline of some tree....

I'd like to see a scene like that in this sequel. :)

Anyone have the pic please?

Bats, why aren't you a mod yet, seriously?

I think you're probably as resourceful as Bats in the comics.

I really think it'd look badass on screen. Thanks a bunch.

And I may be new here, but I think you'd be a great moderator. Especially since you're Batman. And you don't hesitate at all when someone needs help. :)

I can see a scene like that from TLH working out, if in fact the rooftop scene is included. Which is a must for the sequel. Also if the Maroni character is used.

Hey Bats, has the Salvatore Maroni been considered for this film? :D

Yes, due to the rumors of Carmine Falcone not returning as Gotham's crime boss. Bob Hoskins who is also being considered for the role of Penguin, had his name attached to the role. It's unknown if he's still interested at all in the sequel, because of him saying 'no' in an interview. Though it was never cleared as to what he was saying it to, the roles, or not wanting to be invovled with the sequel whatsoever.

That is so awesome! I hope personally hope he gets it. Bob Hoskins is one of my favorite actors out there. Thanks again, Batman. :)

BTW, since you got me that other pic, can you find me one of Salvatore please? :)

I can't thank you enough for how you've helped me Batman, thanks for the pic.

I also it'd be great if Carmine Falcone were to return and throw the acid in Harvey Dent's face.

Falcone wasn't the one who threw the acid on Harvey, in The Long Halloween. It was Maroni.

If I heard right, I think it's going to be the Joker who's going to be throwing the acid.

You know what would be awesome, instead of throwing it, he used his little flower on his lapel to do it. :o:up:

I hope Nolan and co. have some Batman comics-to-movie scenes like that in store. Long Halloween has loads of them too.

I hope we see plenty. Aside from the one I posted, the roof scene is a definite must for the sequel. I especially want to see Maroni a lot, if he does end up in the film.

Also from The Man Who Laughs. One of my favorite parts of the book was when Bruce left a party to meet with Gordon at Arkham. On one of the cell walls, there's a note from Joker that reads "One by one they'll hear my call. Then this wicked town, will follow my fall."

Another would be if Harvey could say the line, "Two shots to the head. If you ask me, it couldn't have happend to a nicer guy."
