thanks it really means a lot to me. some of my best childhood memories are in that house. it was built in 1957 and my grandparents lived there until my grandmother passed in 2017. It was left to my Uncle who is older and wants to sell it and the house he currently lives in (3 hours away) and come back here to retire. he knows how much it means to me, and that i've been saving, so i've got first chance at it. i'm working on getting a homeowner's insurance quote and possibly closing on the 31st.

i'm so scared to get my hopes up. i've worked myself almost to death to get to where i am now and it's just hard to picture this as a reality and that things might actually go my way.

dumb rant for the night:

I currently live with my parents and my brother while I’m in the process of buying this house. I live upstairs. They live downstairs.

I am very sensitive to certain products. Allergic to Tide. Pantene and suave really mess up my skin etc. so I buy pricier hair products for myself and I buy all their hygiene stuff too. Soap. Toothpaste. Toothbrushes. Shampoos. Conditioners. Razors etc. no joke I really do.
I just started using some new bottles of my pricier shampoos and there’s literally only a third left of my conditioner. My brother used almost all of it. This isn’t the first time and I’m kinda annoyed about it. He doesn’t buy anything for the house and I literally have a whole window of products in there for them to use.

I feel like I’m not respected here. People just take and use my stuff all the time even when I buy them stuff. mane I just know Reek is going to come in here and bring up Pizzagate lol

I really want to say something. Tell him he owes me some money for conditioner at least, but I know he doesn’t have the money and doesn’t really care.

I know this sounds trivial. Even to me it does. But still. leave my stuff alone.

When you finish a bottle of shampoo.....refill the bottle with something else and put it back where you normally store it.....then buy a bottle of the good stuff and keep it in your room where he wouldn't look for it.
